I love this, but I'm waiting for your reaction to Voiceplay version of In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins. Oofy, please make sure your wearing shorts because they are going to blow them off of you if you don't wear a belt!😂😂
Tim letting us know he who the ultimate bass singer is! Chance plays his guitar and Austin playing mandolin. Tim mirroring Chance an octave lower. You are hearing correctly!
Don't know which is going to blow up first, UA-cam or my computer! Home Free and Skull & Bones is definitely blowing up the internet this morning. All I can say is WOW, just WOW. Chance has written a new shanty for the ages, and HF has wrapped it up in a stupendous arrangement! Yes, that's Tim on the bass below Chance's bass! I'm tuning in to 5 or 6 reactors every hour, all stupefied by this amazing thing! Love your reaction QoFy! Yo ho! I think that's Chance with the last laugh.
This song is 🔥🔥🔥🏴☠️🐉🥂 I watched Ubisoft YT stream, and Home Free performed this song. Adam Chance wrote the song. I hope you'll watch the video of their live performance too. Ubisoft will be using it in their new game named "Skull and Bones"...whenever they finally release it. ( Something about end of August, but I think they plan to test it again before they release it. They have been working on it for many years. Fans were quite upset in the chats.) Anyways... In their performance it starts with Tim, Adam Chance, and Adam Rupp. Chance is playing the guitar and Austin is playing the mandolin (the higher pitched string instrument that you heard.) Adam Rupp is indeed beatboxing after the intro. Your ear for details is right on point as always! I loved towards the end with Austin and Rob filling it all in. Almost sounded like some operatic vocals from Rob, or at least the techniques. Also to me, I'm thinking in the studio version they doubled all of the voices because they sound like a choir is singing with them. But my absolute favorite is the double bass! That sure made my bass loving heart happy!! I'm not even a gamer, but if this game comes out with Home Free singing the music, I'm buying a bunch of those games for family and friends as gifts. Seriously! 💚🏴☠️🔥🎶✨
This might be my favorite reaction of yours yet (and I always love your reactions). Those facial expressions at the beginning, getting up, the "we're not doing this!"...I'm grinning hard enough to hurt here! And then of course you expertly break the song down. Great new song from Home Free (I can't get it out of my head) and great reaction from you. Qofy!
That was so much fun to listen to. Another one of Chance's pet projects as he loves sea shanties. His deeper voice sounded great for this song. And of course all the background harmonies of the guys including Adam's fabulous vocal percussion. What more could you ask for? I'm not a gamer but I love this.
What an achievement for Adam Chance! And the guys did such a great job. Adam Rupp is adding into that beginning bass growling. The live version is pretty fun, too - Adam Chance actually smiles, believe it or not! Loved your surprised reaction. You are not alone.
Great as always Qofy. My understanding from others is that this was written for the game and is in it. There is another video from the game launch party with them performing it.
Chance's lead!!! Tim's Bass!!! Adam's vocal percussion!!!!! (epic) I heard cannon fire! And we hear Rob and Austin back there singing the hell out of this. Wow! Fantastic writing on Chance's part and magnificent performance!!!. There is no corner of the musical arena Home Free won't explore, conquer and reign supreme!!!! They aren't pitching the song. This IS the song for the video game. Great reaction.
Yup, it's Home Free!! Chance wrote (and sang lead) for a new game called Skull and Bones, coming out later this year. Pretty cool, huh?? 😳🤯 That beginning isn't distorted or doubled - you can see & hear in the live video - it's Tim, Chance, & Adam!! ❤ And yes, Adam's doing all that crazy percussion! I love these guys so much - you never know what they're gonna come out with!! Lol 👍 I like the live version better, honestly. You definitely should check it out!
Here's the live version! Adam is doing the "chants" of "skull and bones" you said you liked. 😉 Chance is playing guitar and Austin is playing mandolin. The talents between these 5 guys just has no end, apparently!! ua-cam.com/video/sutSt4B_xxA/v-deo.html
I like the live version better too. It must have been a difficult audience. Full of gamers that have become very jaded about the prospects for this one. Getting this performance was likely not what they were expecting. I think Ubisoft succeeded on the PR on this. I just hope the game turns out to be good.
I've never been a gamer and consequently have never heard of this game. The graphics are terrific and Chance's song is fantastic (how cool to have 3 song writers in one band!). The bass is just crazy, the singing, harmonies and beatboxing simply perfect. I saw a video of the live performance - when did Austin take up playing mandolin?? The entirely of it is incomparable!
Home Free have done this song for a video game. It's legit. Game comes out in a few months I guess. They did this a year ago and were forbidden to reveal it. 😅
Wow, what a fantastic song this is. I see images of the old days where the pirates all sang together on their ship. So incredible performance. Chance, who wrote it for a Ubisoft game, with a voice that's perfect for it. He killed it. I would like Chance to write songs for Home Free more often. Because how great is it that they all have a different writing style, but Home Free has absolutely no trouble performing it so well? There's also a video on YT from SpottinGames where they bring this live
You should see their live performance at the Ubisoft convention for the upcoming game Skull and Bones. Chance wrote the song. They are playing a couple of instruments with this one too, along with Adam's beatboxing.
The beginning of this song is what happens when Tim & Chance go as low as they can with their bass voices and Adam Rupp just adds to it with the growling. It was very cool the live version at the game beta release was awesome
I think the laugh is by Tim. I saw another video (live) where they may have premiered it for the Ubisoft people? And Tim was going super low. There was no laugh though and it was a shorter version. Chance wrote the song for the game which is supposed to come out in August? HF might do a video then to release with the game? Anyway, love the song and you look like you dressed as a pirate and could be in the game!! Yo Ho Matey! 🥰😍
23 seconds into this video and I WAS BLOWN THE F AWAY!!!!!! Seems like that first part with the bass harmonies is just beyond anything we have ever heard before . . . Incredible, so now I have Home Free Tickets, imagine my shock when I discovered they're doing a show in sleepy little Elkhart Indiana!!!!! Tim is CRAZY I don't have a keyboard handy but I hear Tim hitting some what I believe are around A0's which is way deeper than anything I've heard him sing in anything else, that's Geoff Castellucci territory. I had no idea Tim had those low notes available. I realize now, I've been a bass my whole life, I'm not a bass, just a really low baritone LOL, I do not have those chops I cannot hit anything below about a G1 (yet) Tim makes me feel like a tenor lol, it's just not fair, life is never fair lol, OK, now lets move on . . .
Chance plays a guitar and Austin plays a mandolin in this, all the rest of the instruments are Rupp . . . simultaneously with his chant " SKULL AND BONES" incredible!!!
That was a Triple Bass drop by Tim, Adam Rupp and Captain Chance ! I can not stop watching this ! Hoping it goes as Viral as Sea Shanty's did and more Chance already tweeted a call out for any metal lovers to do a Metal Cover **edit they all brought something extra Austin on Mandolin (Borrowed from Chatham) Austin also is singing in his lower end and just a bit of Opera Rob happening The Chanting is Rupp and Chance is the laugh.
He can sing Basso Profundo and has a great vocal range. They are all great vocalists. In my opinion their best work is their cover of Man of Constant Sorrow because all their talents are shown.
I heard they asked Chance to write a song for them. It's been a secret for a year? So he did, and Home Free is backing up for him. So that's Tim for sure. Wow, great reaction! I'm a pirate ☠️ at heart and I'll even get the game, even though I'm not a gamer much. The chorus of this is contagious 😍 and I love the shark 🦈 at the end...
If I recall correctly, Ubisoft saw Home Free's sea shanties medley and reached out to them to write a theme song for their upcoming game, Skull and Bones. They've been sitting on it for nearly a year until Ubisoft's recent announcement. Cool, huh?
I don't think anyone else is seeing this. Months back, a beta test was released for players to try, and it failed miserably, resulting in the game being delayed further. We have had no word of any improvements made to the game thus far, and people basically lost interest. But Ubisoft has a group sing a song, and again avoids mentioning what improvements they've made in that time, and suddenly everyone wants the game?
Check out all Home Free reactions 😊 :

Adam is beatboxing and there is a guitar played by Chance and electric mandolin played by Austin apparently. SUPRISED us all.
Adam killed the percussion. !
A great Chance song. He pitched it to Ubisoft and they said yes. So happy for him. There is a live version they did to help launch the Beta.
Tim letting us know he who the ultimate bass singer is! Chance plays his guitar and Austin playing mandolin. Tim mirroring Chance an octave lower. You are hearing correctly!
But in the beginning Adam Rupp is singing the lowest tone by undertone/throat singing (said Adam on the livestream) :-) so three basses
@@jr8627 WOW!! ❤
I try to get as low as tim and i physically can't

Last laugh was Chance. Another fantastic Home Free original!!!!
Is this not the most amazing thing! OmG!! These boys!! I love them so much and I'm so proud of them!! I know u are too!!
Great reaction QoFy. Chance is in his element!
Bravo Adam Chance and Homefree ❤Amazing. This was EPIC🎉
This song is 🔥🔥🔥🏴☠️🐉🥂

I knew this one was going to break some reactors!!!! The live version at the Ubisoft launch was epic. I've had it on repeat since.
Tim is off the piano on this one .
Here is them singing part of it live at the launch yesterday. ua-cam.com/video/sutSt4B_xxA/v-deo.html&ab_channel=SpottinGames

I heard that extra low growly bass in the middle too. So if you're crazy, so am I. 😁

I like the live one, too, but they skipped some lines.
@@karinfichtner7479 I want the intensity of the live applied to the full length song. ☠️ & 🦴🦴🦴
D1 chest-fry from Tim on the bottom

I’m sure Chance is as happy as a pig in slop!! Great reaction…can’t wait for you to react to the live version…it’s impressive..☺️♥️‼️
😂😂😂😂 he definitely should be that happy!!!!
He said he is, "over the moon".😊
Home Free have done this song for a video game. It's legit. Game comes out in a few months I guess. They did this a year ago and were forbidden to reveal it. 😅
i did that too - stopped and double-checked that it was HF i was watching.
Chance killed it with writing this song. Tim will rattle your insides with that bass. The whole group sounds great.

You're great YO HO ...i wondered about that laugh as well. After listening so 20 times I'd guess Chance.

Watch the live stream! They do it live on a stage with the pirate videos in the background. IT'S GREAT!!
It is a done deal..Their song is used. Video from game producer yesterday verified that. HF performed the song at the game premiere.
This is a killer video and song. Chance kills the vocals. Tim and Chance start so low.💗💗
HAHAHA Good One Qofy! Thanks as always! CHEERS!!
I loved the live version as well. But this was Amazing!

That is Tim Foust on the deep bass. I love this song. Mr Chance did an awesome job writing this one. Just crazy good. They are the best out there.
Waited for your reaction. Awesome. Looks like Rupp joined in the open. (From the live) Gotta play loud. Headphones?
I’m so proud of them! Chance wrote this song and takes the lead! 🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️
That was a Triple Bass drop by Tim, Adam Rupp and Captain Chance !
I can not stop watching this !

They sung it in Oslo, Norway. Awesome!
Beautiful, great reaction 🤩
Tim sitting a full octave below Adam's bass throughout the song was crazy 😲

Man, wheeeeew!!! Our host here could play a mean pirate!!! No lie.
tim is just constantly in the basement in this song. no light of day for sure
This the official video!
This song is also made specifically for the new video game Skull and Bones that comes out later this year.
Ubisoft came to Homefree and they were not allowed to talk about this project until ubisoft let them.
There is a video of them singing. I think the last laugh was Chance
I saw the live version from 🇳🇴 Norway.

I FUCKEN LOVE THIS SONG BRO❤❤❤❤
Chance hit a home run!!
youre right because the 2 bass is lower at the end
All I can say is WOW 7:53

the laugh is chance

Who did the laugh at the end?
Didn't like the words to this song. Pirates life is plundering and killing people.
