Union Station Clock Tower | Living St. Louis

Living St. Louis producer Jim Kirchherr takes an inside tour of the clock tower at St. Louis' Union Station. The tower is supposedly haunted by a man named George--the former keeper of its keys.

Wait so are there original plans of the station? why would they show us an addition inside of it. I'm curious because the plans for many of the buildings of this era are mysteriously missing

They don't have any plans for any of the amazing stone buildings from the 1800's.
They built the most amazing buildings in a time of poverty and disease. Didn't document a moment of it, and now we never build like that because it's too expensive.
But it wasn't when everyone was poor and sick....
