Construction of Vidin - Montana highway in Bulgaria - Lot-1

The beginning of the highway is at the ring road of the city of Vidin, and its end - at the beginning of the bypass road of the city of Montana. The total planned length of the route is about 95 km, and after its end it will continue to Botevgrad via the "Montana - Botevgrad" expressway.
The purpose of the project is the construction of a new road route on the six sections: Vidin - Makresh, Makresh - Bela, Bela - Ruzhintsi, Ruzhintsi - Belotintsi, Belotintsi - Vinishte and Vinishte - Montana with a total length of about 98 km. Main technical parameters of the newly designed road are: design speed 120 km/h; road gauge G-28 and load capacity of the road surface 11.5 t/axle.
In this video you will see the route from road I-1 "Vidin - p.v. Makresh" from km 3+757 to km 33+400.
The total length of the lot is approximately 29.6 km. From km 3+757 (p.v. with Danube Bridge Bridge 2) to km 8+870, the route will run along the existing bypass road of the town of Vidin. It is planned that the road will be widened from G12 gauge to G20 gauge with a design speed of V=80 km/h.
From km 8+870, the route leaves the existing road and develops west of it along a new road to km 33+400, where the section ends. Road gauge G28 and design speed V=120 km/h are planned for this section.
The lot includes 3 road junctions - PV "Vidin", PV "Dunavtsi" and PV "Kula", 3 road underpasses, 5 road overpasses, 2 bridges, 2 viaducts, 6 agricultural underpasses, 3 agricultural overpasses, 1 site for recreation and 4 emergency sites.
The indicative value for the implementation of the construction and assembly works: BGN 250,750,157 excluding VAT
Term: 30 months.
The estimated value of the tender procedure for construction supervision: BGN 3,775,000 without VAT.
