The one against Zverev at Rome around 4:20 has to be my favorite. The shot itself was perfect. Degree of difficulty was very high, Nadal hit it for a clean winner. But also because it ended up being a huge momentum shift. Nadal won the first set 6-1, then lost the second 1-6, and was down a break in the third. This shot came during a huge run by Rafa where he managed to pull away with the match by winning I believe 4 games in a row to close it
