He is beautiful and deserves a bunch of treats for minding you so well. You two look good together and you show your horses how much you love them when you are working or featuring them in one of your post. I love the little nudges they give you if you aren't giving treats fast enough to suit them. I enjoy seeing everyone of your horses, especially Jiminity.

I really like that you explain the difference of each horse like Gaston being Cadiaian and how strong his hoofs are.
He's such a beautiful horse.also the way you let him stretch his neck down is super cool.

@@freespiritequestrian he’s about 15.1-15.3 hands! So pretty big difference there! Yours is much more draft looking than mine, I think mine is just a smaller horse all around bahaha. Are there different lines of them? He’s purebred Canadian but I’m wondering if different Canadians have more draft features than others. He’s got the big feet and big head for sure, but not so much in the barrel area.

@@kenmorris2290 That’s very interesting! I have one of the smaller ones for sure. He has the draft features of big face, big feet and a big rear, but other than that I’d guess he’s an overweight sport horse of some kind. They’re a real unique and interesting breed. So fun to have! I’ve always been interested in seeing a chestnut one.

I like the fact that you share a little information about each horse in detail. I've never heard of this breed so I was very glad that you shed some light on him. He looks very comfortable to ride. Do you use this horse in your riding program? I like what you are doing with the horses you get from the auctions. Taking care of their needs: farrier, training, groceries and your generous time with them makes them very suitable for their next forever home. While you may feel sad when they eventually leave, I'm sure you feel some pride knowing they are getting a good forever home because of your care. I know you made a mistake of thinking one horse was a gelding when, in fact, it was actually a mare. Don't feel bad about that because one time I bought a female German Shepherd and had it shipped to me by air and I never noticed that it was a male and not a female till I drove it home to New York from St. Louis, Mo. All that time stopping for potty breaks and just never noticed the gender. So it happens every now and then.

Wife.... Hi Shae 👋 I wanted to take a minute to explain something to you. We have spoke together a few times. And since I absolutely love you and your videos, and I now know I'm going to follow your show because I also love what you stand for, and what you do 💞. So first off, the reason I always start my conversations with "Wife" is because the account is in my husband's name, therefore many people think they are speaking to a man, which isn't a bad thing but..... I often use words like honey, sweetie, LOVE, and it might throw some women off a bit, especially a young beautiful woman as yourself. You might think WOW this guy is kinda creepy. I also talk to Men regarding sports (I love football, hockey, baseball etc.) and if they think their talking to another Man, they sometimes can get a little rank, you know....Guy Talk. So that's why I start each conversation with Wife, that way each person knows I'm a woman, but I do always end it with my name..... Jennifer. So I hope that clears things up for you 😉. Anyway, I LOVED the little segment on Gaston today. It's amazing to me how he glides so effortlessly with his size 😳. He moves so beautifully, so graceful. I simply love watching him.... and you (see something like THAT might sound a bit creepy coming from a Man) Anyway, once again loved watching you two today. Okay I have what might be a silly question, I don't know 🤔. First off is Gaston registered, cause if he is, then I will have answered my own question. Is it at all possible that he comes from (or has bred into him) what they call a BC Wildey..... BC obviously standing for British Columbia. Simply curious 😁. Keep doing what your doing angel 😇, I simply love it !! Turning all these diamond in the rough horses, into loved, well mannered, and trained GEMS. Thank you Shae 💜 You truly are a Guardian for horses 🐴. Blessings 🙌 Jennifer.
