If I was playing my main I would definitely buy bonds then max. Going to work then using that money to progress is much faster then just playing the game. Then again this is a game I rather play afking and you do not need all that much money afking shit, in fact you can make money SLOWLY by doing it.
On my UIM that I no longer play I am around 2100 total level so not maxxed yet but was pretty close. Taking a year long break of the game after leagues.

Less than a year ago my account was 200m in value.
Now in fairness I've graduated from spoon to ladle with a few of my drops. But most of my account was built either afk, or 1-2 raids a day. The game is easy if you just take it slow.
