- For the uninitiated, an autocycle is exactly what it sounds like; part car, part motorcycle. Autocycles seem to be the new hotness from the past few years, with many new production vehicles bringing interesting twists and additions to the segment. Today on Translogic, join our host Jonathon Buckley as he zips through the canyons of Malibu in perhaps the classiest autocycle on the market, the Vanderhall Venice.
Just saw these today. Nice looking ride, a bit more expensive than a Slingshot, but also a very differet style.
I love my VV 2022, so much fun!
Love my 2021 Venice Blackjack!....the thing is a beast but a beauty to drive! Vanderhall nailed it!
I got me a 2022 vanderhall Carmel GTS and love it. I had a Slingshot and didn't like it much. The Vanderhall is a better machine.
Well I don't see any on the used market so I don't think I'll be able to buy one. Damn shame look so fun
Wish Toyota or Honda would make a $5,000 autocycle with offroad capability.
Morgan3wheeler = classic feel & look
Campagna t-rex = modern & crazy fast
And both cost wayyyyyyy more than the Vanderhall.
I would like to see someone make one with four seats. Two front/ two rear setup.
If you want 4 wheels buy a car
..... the motor is from a Chevy sonic......... not worth the $17,000-$24,000.
Uhmmm... Morgan is better ofc mate. It just looks so vintage and yes it is more expensive because it is a Morgan and it has such a thrilling history!
lol ,morgan is overpriced junk.
A Morgan is "better" than a Vanderhall in the way a Harley is "better" than a Suzuki V-Strom. It's superior in "cool" and as a lifestyle statement, but not in other ways.
Morgan is a over priced.
The cheapest exotic.
Why not use UA-cam video embedding on your site rather than that annoying crap you're using now? It's slow to load. It's slow to run. It wastes user's network bandwidth. Autoplay needs to DIE. Finally, it annoyingly follows the user by floating when it's scrolled past.
For this and many reasons (the recent discordant redesign was the last straw), I almost never use Autoblog anymore. It used to be almost the only auto news site I used.
