Absolute legend. Thanks a lot for including me on this list. I watch all these channels too but I haven’t seen Christina’s videos. I will definitely check them out. Thanks again man 🙏
It’s funny that these are the exact ones I regularly watch, other than yours! Another one I’d recommend is Alyssa Beltempo, a former financer turned sustainable fashion stylist, she specialises in ‘shop your closet’ and her series has really helped me to rediscover the gems in my wardrobe by examining different ways to style them.
love that you and Harry have naturally gravitated toward each other. he definitely filled a nice James.Clo sized hole during your UA-cam hiatus and now remains a constant in my fashion rotation (along with quite literally everyone else in this video funnily enough). always get a good kick out of it seeing Harry's comments in here too lmao
Outside of the youtube channels you mentioned, i also enjoy Ojardorf, KeniJima, This Is Antwon, Fashion Elitist, Rose Anvil, The Iron Snail, Frugal Aesthetic ,Topias Kaskinen & KeezyTv.
The Casual is one of the best Japanese based American fashion UA-camr that I have followed for years. It literally opened my eyes to an entirely new way and mindset of looking at fashion which is through the Japanese view. It seems like most trends these days either came from or influenced by streetwear a lot. So, including a streetwear channel would be appropriate. Richie Le is really consistent and he also got his own clothing collection/brand that a lot of other UA-camrs are wearing.
I just want to list my favorites beside what listed in the video: Womenswear: Laini Ozark (style commentary, styling tips, sustainable haul), Jess Alizzi (Melbourne based, minimalist style), Brittany Bathgate (slow vlog, minimalist style), Chic League (video essay, finding personal style), HauteLeMode (fashion commentary and catalogue), Loic Prigent (fashion journalism), Mina Lee (video essay, fashion history, pop culture), and Best Dressed (the legend only, nobody beat Ashley styling tips imho). Menswear Educational: Fashionlover4 (most critical fashion video essayist), Fashion Roadman (history and commentary), understitch (history), Threaducation (history), Frugal Aesthetic (very education styling tips and so funny lmao) Bliss Foster (fashion journalism, video essay, Margiela fanboy), and The Casual (all in Japanese fashion, love Reggie so much tbh). Vlog and haul: KeezyTV (streetwear, best vlog in the youtube, running his own brand), Ray Miah (imho has the best taste, incredible vlog, and running his own brand), Ojardorf (copenhagen based, running his own brand), Mads Ludvig (copenhagen based also), Ken Ijima (Tokyo based, wabi sabi, running his own brand), Gizmothegoat (Seoul-Tokyo based, running his own brand), Topias Kaskinen (Milan based), Karsten Kroening (Seattle based, running IG meme account lol), Themba (love his style mix beetwen japanese americana and military/utilitarian), Jacob Starr (vintage/thrift haul), DripTeaMarket (roundtwo type video in streetwear store based in Seattle), Arvin and Che (SSense stylist couple based in Montreal), Greg Ntore (SSense stylist), etc. I subscribed and watch so many fashion youtube lol. Must be forget so many channels.
@@borisdaquan6504 'not so blonde' is doing what are you wearing type video in paris, she is great. Unfortunately I don't really know lifestyle content creator based in paris.
UA-cam must be assembling some kind of hivemind within this fashion genre. I went from Tim, to Harry, to Drew, to you--not through direct recommendations but adjacent video topics. Just did a short binge of Christina and I'm really liking her content! Thanks James! Looks like I'm dideroting my way through minimalist fashion UA-cam. 😄👍
Haha that's so cool to hear. It's an honour for me to be recommended along side all the creators I love to watch, and I'm really glad you are enjoying it as well. Thanks so much! :)
James thank you so much for your always positive energy. I truely get so much out of your vids and you are a gem in this fashion community and I hope you don't go back into seclusion for at least a while🤣. So happy to see more connecting among creators!
Thanks as always Nicholas! These kind of comments honestly make it all worth it, so nice to hear people enjoying what I make. I have no plans to disappear again anytime soon haha!
Some of my favorites include; frugal aesthetic (funny informational), rose anvil (informational on footwear), Carl Murawski (heritage Americana reviewer), The Iron Snail (heritage workwear and videographer), Stridewise (heritage pieces reviewer), and lately the fashion elitist (fashion essays)
I've started calling it "the UK fashion mafia" because so many of the top male creators are based out of the UK. No idea why that is. The biggest adjustment I need to make to all your advice is you don't get a real summer over there so I have to learn how to style shorts elsewhere.
I know what you mean, I'm seeing so many UK channels these days and they are top quality. Haha unfortunately our summer lasts about 3 weeks. We are definitely better for autumn/winter clothing ideas!!
Stevie Salle, Giorgio Sanzio, BranflakesTV, Frugal Aesthetic, Matthew Oligane (doesn't have many subscribers, but I enjoy and hope he grows). As well as yourself and Harry Has I need more UK inspiration though. The one thing that skews my opinion on the big youtubers is they get gifted a lot of their clothing from high fashion brands (LVMH, etc.) Love that you always try to offer affordable options and alternatives.
Nice I haven't seen some of those so I will check them out, thanks! Yes I know what you mean.. it's difficult to know what to believe when people are being paid!
I first became obsessed with self development and fashion a little over a year and a half ago after being roasted about my style, mannerisms and overall appearance on a beach trip with some younger friends of mine at the time. I was completely clueless on how to get started on the journey of self development so one day I did a quick UA-cam search of simply "night out outfits for men" and when I did surprisingly Josh Sullivan was the first one to greet me at the door as I first stepped into the world of fashion content here on UA-cam. From there I discovered Alex Costa, which likely comes as no surprise considering his vast range of influence on UA-cam and social media in general. However, I've grown apart from Alex in recent months due to the fact that I've noticed the pieces and brands he either recommends or styles are just way outside of the budget of most every day individuals and his general content has started to evolve away from fashion specifically. Also on a more personal note, his style tends to be a bit too outlandish for my partcular demographic and sect of the world. Nevertheless I continue to discover new things in this industry that better suit me and eventually lead me to discover channels like yourself and Harry Has. I refer to guys as my Sunday lads now who I can always count on each week for consistent content when it comes to fashion. I thank you for offering more specific style tips that are more digestible detailed as to why and how things work together when creating an outfit. As far as suggestions, Peter Nguyen is an up and comer here on UA-cam that I just discovered recently who I see potential as being a really solid content creator in this space.
Thanks for sharing your story. Really interesting to hear how people started out, even if it's not in the nicest way - sorry to hear what you went through. I'm super happy to hear that we could help a bit though. I haven't seen Peter Nguyen before so I'll check him out, thank you!
a couple of channels i follow that's very similar to your aesthetic are styledbynate and onedapperstreet. i agree about what you said about harry. he was the first one i saw with kelly green last season, and all of a sudden i was seeing it everywhere. same with the sambas, i first heard about it thru him, and now you can barely cop a pair, they're sold out a lot. 😄
Nice, I follow all these guys, especially Harry Has. I followed Christina a few months ago after I saw her on the "FInancial Diet" channel one hour interview, really good!
Audrey Coyne is great. She speaks about women’s fashion but I find it incredibly helpful either way as a man. Woman put together clothing way different than men in some ways I feel

I am looking for instagramers with cool outfits for not so skinny female body types, but dammm its difficult to find cool ones. I am into casual, indigo, Japan fits, and clothes as a collection. Tim Dessaint's high-end fashion channel. He will never go wrong in terms of fashion or functionality.
Totally agree!
Ive really been enjoying Fashion Elitist, with some incredibly made videos analyzing fashion
I've seen that channel recommended a few times, I'll have to take a look. Thanks!
fashion elitist is my favorite
Nope, Alpha M. is the best. I've gotten so many spicy senoritas thanks to his advice
Love Devon on deck and frugal aesthetic too
Great picks!!

Haha still here...!
My all time favorite fashion creator is Sangiev, shame he doesnt upload that much anymore
Yes Sangiev is awesome, definitely wish he'd upload more!
