Ages ago when building a Pattern plane of basically the same quality of this one I made a small mistake when setting the wing tube aluminum then and the wing tips were off by 3/32" with the result that it never flew true. Just an example of how important it is to make things accurate and take your time to do it right. I hope we get some flight videos of this before sending it to the owner.

Thanks! Yes lots of the time on this project was thinking and measuring multiple times! So important! Tentative plans to do the maiden together with the owner so if that works out we will have some flight video!

I love ugly planes and that baby is ugly. I spent a lot of money and drove 1200 miles to pick up a scratch built Transavia PL-12. Happy when you post. Gives me 30 minutes to not think about anything

LOL. When you build probably 10 -15 per year and it's very specific. Manual not needed.
