It varies at time but usually chicken, variety of vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, corn, tomatoes, etc.), hard boiled eggs, some crunch factor (croutons, sunflower seeds, walnuts & dried blueberries, etc.), cheese (sometimes), chickpeas (sometimes). Anything you like, you can add!
