With the new school year starting, I wanted to provide some note-taking and studying tips/methods that have supported me as a student, whether in high school or university. Though when it comes to note-taking and studying, I believe that there isn't a 'one size fits all' solution, but rather, a highly personal experience. It's important to find a style and curate a routine that's best suited for your own learning preferences and goals. What works for others, may not be as helpful for you, so understanding yourself and your own needs and goals will serve you well in the long run. With that being said, I hope you'll be able to walk away with some takeaways from this video to start curating a study routine best suited for you :) I wish you all the best in your academic journey's, and wish you all good health!

I’m taking 5 courses this semester: genetics, pathology, psychopathology, medical ethics, and cultural awareness, knowledge, and health! I know I’ve mentioned all of my classes in past vlogs but I don’t think I’ve specifically mentioned all at the same time, so I did that in this vlog. I get the confusion haha

what do u put in a salad just curious
It varies at time but usually chicken, variety of vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, corn, tomatoes, etc.), hard boiled eggs, some crunch factor (croutons, sunflower seeds, walnuts & dried blueberries, etc.), cheese (sometimes), chickpeas (sometimes). Anything you like, you can add!
