I left education at 16 and now I'm studying microbiology at university. I never heard of any of these things, but I need to know them so I can write about how parasites can suppress autoimmune diseases. I understood everything, you explain it all perfectly.
for example "you are on fire disease", the disease may occurs because of releasing chemicals called cytokines which attack the cells of the synovial for example, and then synovial cells release another chemicals and then we get an inflammation
I had 51 Rheumatoid factor after blood test, and doctor already said you have arthritis. They gave me midication and not helping, I ended up getting alkaline powder and thr pain is getting better, when its cold it's bad

Thank you for posting this video. I am in Australia. I have Rheumatoid Factor of 598 !! No Doctor knows why I have this powerful fatigue for so long. The only thing really that they found was my FR being this highest anyone has ever seen. Does a highly elevated RF score cause Chronic Fatigue? If so how an I lower my RF?

first thanks for this video why dont we then consider TB for example as an autoimmune disease just because RF is positive and according to what you mentioned that is why RA is an autoimmune?
Positive RF is not the definition of autoimmune disease. Also in TB, we know the cause, it’s a bacteria (myobacterium tuberculosis) that triggers the immune system.
I'm listening to records of a doctor from Al-Azhar university. He uses another mnemonics for cold and warm antibodies, which are: Cold= مِسَقّعَة (thus it's IgM as the word starts with the letter م) and Warm= جهنم (thus it's IgG as the word starts with the letter ج). 😂
Is it possible to have RA and not display signs of swelling in the early stages. I have been really stiff for the past 4 months or so and wrote it off. Until I began getting shooting pains in my fingers, bad fatigue, then pains in my toes and a sore heel. Went for a blood test and it came back with high rheumatoid factor. However I think I have caught onto this in its early stages and I dont think much damage showed up on the ultrasound and I dont seem to suffer swelling yet. Could this still possibly be RA without the obvious swelling ???? I got the impression the dr wasnt convinced, but I feel I have just identified it really early and there may not be much joint damage on display yet. Can you offer an opinion?
I have been having symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis. I go to the doctor sometime this week and I'm really scared. I'll update you guys after I see the doctor.

All newly graduated pharmacists are doctors. Physicians aren't pharmacists and pharmacists aren't physicians. It is good to consult with many specialties whenever the opportunity is present. Not a good idea to throw shade at the pharmacist.
No one can diagnose you based on 1 lab test. You need to see a good doctor who can take a history, perform a physical exam and order lab tests to see the whole picture and know the cause of high rheumatoid factor. I wish you the best!
