I have never tried fluid art and i mostly do realistic Oil Pastel drawings, but this was a great experience..and your Tutorial is great. I learnt something which i had no idea of. I’m in love with your splash paintings. Watched the other too, now I have another technique to work toward. Seems more to be an optical illusion of more saturation because there is less light traveling through the water due to its density if that makes any sense, not sure what I’m trying to communicate.
Could you use either Liquitex slo-dry or one of the Golden Flow-release or wetting agent or Open medium instead of Floetrol to increase the open time of the paint?

I don’t know. I kinda like having that natural timer. I fuss too much. It makes me walk away.
