I present how to assemble and install 20mm spacer for Electric scooter Zero 10x, Techlife X7S, Apollo Pro, Ice Q5 etc.
It consists of 8 elements that you screw with M3x30mm screws, you can additionally glue everything together

I have this same exact hook up and it does work as shown. I also have an upgraded 52v 30ah battery as well. Great invention!

@@Fachura_ Not bad. Have you noticed more range being 60v opposed to 52v? Now I know AH is more so for range that Volts, but just curious. I was going to get the 60v 32ah battery but decided to stick with the 52v and just up my 18ah to 30ah.
@@williamcopeland2617 I've never measured the range i jump from oryginal 52v 18.2Ah to 60v 30Ah

Hi, I just purchased your STL's. Just want to know what are the dimensions of your 60v battery? I'm looking to fit a 52v 32Ah battery (345x130x70mm) or 35Ah (385x130x70mm) in mine. Wondering if they will fit before I open it up and measure.

I purchased this for my Varla Eagle One which has a weird battery size for 52v 18.2Ah and I am printing one piece out now. Did your Zero 10x come as a 60v package or did you modify it for 60v? If so, how did you modify it?
The stock motors can handle 60v. To go from 52 to 60v you need to upgrade the controllers as well as the battery. Both need to be rated at 60v.
Can they fitted onto varla eagle,dragon hunter 10x as they all do definitely looking same shape of decks boards
Every scooters models should have these and it would be making good investment on deck spacer to carry bigger batteries and would love to have one for ninebot max models be looking bad ass set up

There is a folder inside the .zip file with the pieces seperated out. This guy must have died because it looks like he doesn't answer anyone on here.

How did you design the pack, vertical cells? Staggered? 16x6p 5ah cells!
It should have grove on the side or around for led strip. Not impressed!
