Me....too. Hey, he worked for it, risked his life everyday. That's what drivers do and they get paid accordingly. Others, in sports, bounce a ball and make 100 times more, something that I could never understand.

The problem with having the nicest house in Indiana is there are hardly any buyers in state, and attracting buyers out of state could be very difficult. But it is a gorgeous home, maybe a Cummins Exec will want it.

Yeah, I live pretty close to this area. As beautiful as his ranch is, it will be tough to get what he is asking. If this house were in Wyoming or Montana, it would sell really fast.
I take a simple country log cabin with deer and turkey and a trout stream on the property. Cases of whiskey galore AND HANG.. LOL

Another very cool house is Derek Jeter's Castle on Greenwood Lake. Listed as the Jeter Family Property in Warwick New York. 15 or 16 million a couple of years ago.

MAN, Just the monthly landscape maintenance alone $$$$$$ but a $30 million home evaluation for someone who's worth $90 million G doesn't add up IMO.
He must be selling at a profit but then again, Lot of Hollywood celebs' homes in Cali are/were selling for less but doesn't have nowhere near the acres or in some cases housing size.

It’s in Columbus area also and so not even super close to Indy where pro athletes could look into buying it. Tony built this home and talked about how much he loves that property and went there as a kid....fast forward he marries Leah Pruett and it's now for sale and he lives in Vegas......smh....
