I am a martial artist and one thing I hate the most is when I go to the gym a few times a month since I like to use weights in my training too, the cables are great for punching strength and the weighted squat is good for jumping...etc. And body builder teachers come around telling me " You are doing that exercise wrong " or " You shouldn't be doing those heavy squats since you are new to this kinda stuff " ( since I am 70 kg I look small... ). I don't know why I wrote this...
