@@denlogmao6880 I think they are one of the most important elements of the system of Reiki and yet this is often not talked about in classes or practiced etc..

@@fransstiene1117 I am still working with " do not be angry " I guess if you are a mom sometimes the emotions gets in the way If you need to discipline your kids but I learned so much for being a reiki level 2 practitioner I am still learning every day.

The reiju/attunement helps you to be more in tune with it all so better to go to a teacher and do a course. What does Reiki help with, with living in a state of no anger and worry but also different issues but that depends on each person., how much we practice, if we like the system etc.. etc....
