I agree. If season two of Bocchi comes out, and Yamahe does not make a Pacifica x Bocchi edition, they are shooting themselves in the foot. They did a promotional thing in Japan, two winners got a Pacifica just like Bocchi's. So Yamaha is aware of their popularity, and has worked with the company that produced the show.

I have the PAC612VIIFM so I'm good on the black pickguard but the pickups can't be changed. I was never a fan of strat guitars but the Pacifica's angular body design is what attracted me to it. I'm really liking it.
@@TheSc00tz I bought a 311 for the same reason too... its extremely hard to find one here (Brazil). Around 8 months of searching and I just found only one Pacifica 311H (currently mine haha) and an orange 611HFM. Someday I'll have a 611VFM model.
They automatically lock as you tighten the strings, and loosen as you unwind the strings. I'm not a fan of them tbh, I prefer the thumb wheel at the back.
@@eddieguitar so they automatically release too huh, have you tried drop tuning ? like the lowest tuning possible ? see if they release the strings before you drop it to the tuning you want
Why CHANGE a Pacifica? Always be careful to KEEP THE ORIGINAL PUCKIPS somewhere safe. And sure you can buy better designed tuners, and a better bridge, and a better nut (make a red copper one yourself) and better pots. Ah, and buy a neck that has more frets. Ehm, why not buy, or design and build, a more expensive guitar?
The pickups were not replaced. The tuners are Grover locking tuners, so pretty top of the line. The bridge is also decently high end. No need to change the pots or the switch as they are fine. I customized my guitar to my preferences. Similar to how people customize cars or gaming PC's. There is nothing wrong with that.
do you think buying a pickup cover and a pickguard costs the same as buying a neck with more frets, and better tuners and better bridge? tf are you talking about
I love that you got Elixir strings since we see Bocchi imagine getting those with her paycheck in the anime

Not gonna lie, I think Yamaha should consider making this colour as the normal product at this point 😅

There is a pac612 color that is almost identical to bocchi's 611

it is really cool but in my opinion I like the original pickguard more, combined with that beautiful black finishing they goes really well together.

nice vibe of video! please keep going!
Love the Pacifica
Thank you!

Had the same issue with the pickup trim ring, Seymour Duncan apparently used odd sized parts just to be different.
It’s probably a patent for the specific size.
Nice... Keep on rocking fam!
Thank you :)
Damnnn 🔥 , I’m thinking of getting the Pacifica 611vfm soon . I hope I can do this mod as well
hi, new sub here.
I have a question, does the back side have a flamed black also?
I'll be waiting ur answer
It does not have a flamed maple neck.
@@eddieguitar I wasnt asking bout the neck. I mean the side where You can see the tremolo springs, also is flamed black?
those saddles look like they are intonated badly, id suggest checking them out
Hi, if possible, could you help me with finding a working link, for the pickguard. Thanks.

Unfortunately, it does not fit.

Can you tell me which exact model of Pacifica is this ? :3
Yamaha PAC611VFM

Bocchi's guitar had matte black finish. Yours is glossy black.
Yes, its a Yamaha Pacifica 611VFMX. But the model has been discontinued for a few years.
U jsust change the pickguard, pickup cover and pickup ring, no need the preview, we need the comparison between bocchi's n yours

3:15 FFS at least clean the gunk and fingerprints on the body before putting on the new strings.
