---- राजस्थानी कढी पकोडा ----
बेसन - १/४ कप
दही - ३/४ कप
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ + १/४ + १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ + २ चम्मच
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
काली मिर्च - ७ से ८
लोंग - ३ से ४
इलाइची - ३
दालचीनी - १ इन्च
सूखी लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
तेज पत्ता - २ पत्ते
कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते
लहसुन - ५ कलियां
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
---- पकोडा ----
बेसन - १/२ कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चुटकी
नमक - २ चुटकी
अजवाइन - २ चुटकी
जीरा - २ चुटकी
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार

---- Rajasthani Kadhi Pakoda ----
Gramflour - ¼ cup
Curd/ Yogurt - ¾ cup
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ + ¼ + 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - ½ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 + 2 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Black Pepper - 7 to 8
Cloves - 3 to 4
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Dried Red Chilli - 2, whole
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Bay leaf - 2 leaves
Curry leaf - 10 to 15 leaves
Garlic - 5 cloves
Coriander leaves (chopped)
----- Pakoda ----
Gramflour - ½ cup
Red Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Salt - 2 pinch
Ajwain - 2 pinch
Cumin seeds - 2 pinch
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp
Edible Oil - to fry
