Mr. Chen, your testimony is vital for so many believers and unbelievers. I was born and raised in a country where everybody knows about God, His word, the church... but they take all of that for granted. No much focus on it. But you from the unknown you searched and found God and His ways. God is not a granted grace. You discovered and searched God with your heart. Thank you for giving us your testimony. Amen.
Please don‘t forget the Christians that suffer from barbaric attacks and murder by their Muslim countrymen. And the Protestant Christians in Eritrea that are prohibited to share the Gospel of whom many languish in prison under inhumane circumstances with no trial. And there are Christians everywhere outside the Western nations that are being persecuted for their faith in Jesus our Lord. So far, us Christians have not come to know suffering because of our faith in Jesus. But those days are fast approaching. The darkness is becoming increasingly worse in the world.
When we first believe in Christ, there is so much we do not know and understand, but God accepts the simple prayer from a heart that exhibits a childlike trust. That was a wonderful testimony, beautiful in its sincere simplicity.
By the grace of God, lots of people are saved in China even now. And the persecution levels vary in various regions. Mostly Christians are allowed to gather if the number of people is below 30. It is much better than the Cultural Revolution time. Some local churches don't have a fixed location to gather, but they still gather regularly. Praise the Lord. So many Chinese people are curious about Christianity and would love to listen as many of them had zero knowledge of the Bible before. It is surprisingly quite different from 'free' countries. Many parents are willing to bring their kids to our assembly's Sunday School because they know their kids will learn good things in an assembly.
Incredible! The Gospel in it's simplicity! I am so touched by the quest, the child-like faith and trust of this Brother. The hunger is so infectious and beautiful. I pray the Lord to increase him more and more for His own glory in Jesus name 🙏

@@Darth_Autisticus So many western missionaries went to China to spread gospel in 20th century. The seeds sowed by them are bearing fruits. Christians established hospitals in China helping people. Even today, almost all hospital buildings and ambulance in China has a 'cross' sign.
What a delightful man, so loving and sincere. It will be wonderful to meet him , most probably in the new Jerusalem. If only we had the hunger for truth in the west.

That is very right. I was educated by schools that there is no God and I accepted it without thinking. But when I really thought it over, and read the Bible, I realized I was taught wrongly in the past. Honest thinking brings me to the conclusion: the marvellous world is so sophisticated, that there must be a creator. How can I believe a computer came from nowhere?
There are so many precious souls in China. They have never heard of the gospel but they have curiosity and have interest to listen and learn more. I find many Chinese friends are coming to Canada in our community. And we preach the gospel to them every week, in bilingual.
So awesome how God works. The truth must be preach to all nation and then the end come. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness shall be filled. God bless you brother. 🙏
