The best one I've seen was a trio of haulers that were clustered together in WH space waiting to get coordinates to where they were supposed to unload. It was totally worth it to lose that stealth bomber when I found out that they were hauling stuff to set up a large POS.
That's what you get for making yourselves easy targets when you're invading someone's turf.
This sounds like a to-do list to me.

so...from what I know, the Leviathan that jumped into Asakai survived the Battle
It jumped out as other Titans were jumping in, it returned later in the battle and died, ironically.

Just flew through Rahadalon, and instantly thought of this song. This song still brings me a smile.
The song is by the person that the incident occurred to. Sindel Pellion was tweetfleeting and a pilot named DSan admitted to being obsessed with her legs.
Long story short, he (supposedly) hired a Null Sec Gang, sent them after her, killed her and brought her corpse back to DSan for her legs. Though DSan denied the allegation.

Well, I caved in and went back... and now I have another dumb way to die, take your Maelstrom that you can't afford to lose into a Wormhole without scanner probes, and cause the entrance to collapse, and by begging for help in the WH local, cause someone to find and pod you. Thanks to this song I am now 200mil isk poorer ;)
Edward LeCore Just another update on my deaths, lost 2 BCs trying to complete a 8/10 site I found in null, when the final room had 10 warp scrambling frigs, and 4 statis towers. Always check the level of the site before sending in a 'cane with t1 turrets. Luckily 5 strangers were kind enough to help me finish it.
Edward LeCore Another lesson, don't rat hunt in null sec when that system is in the front line of a corp war, and if you do, jump the moment red players are in the system or they will scan you down and scramble your warp so fast, you'll receive a kill-mail before you know it. There's another BC lost.

I can personally verify the 'warp to a gate at zero,' 'undock with a red fleet outside,' and 'fit small hybrid guns on a shield tanked legion' methods.
Joining a fleet as logistics ship with tank modules halfway burned out and no paste.
Not keeping transverse speed up when the yellow boxes start popping up.
Awesome ! Playing more EVE everyday and it's great.

The plex one in the cargo hold reminds me of a corpmate's killmail: Red in Provi with 20 plexes in his shuttle's cargo. Gotta be one of the dumbest kills I can remember. I will see if I can find it on the killboard when I get a chance for you all to enjoy.

dumb way I died: had my battleship 3km off the gate and FC says warp away the tengus are coming back. I was like yeah I'll just pop through the gate in a couple seconds...
Tengus came in and had me webbed at 2.7km.
apparently the song writer did that, and FC's started calling her first in fleet fights
