@mocha9072 I get where you're coming from, but I think he means both the squared off corners and the rounded sides. Phone will be less comfortable with flat sides.

Samsung took a different approach than the iPhone and Google. I don't want the same old cornered design. That's the whole reason I bought the phone before I knew it was comparable to a mini computer. Better performance and camera are good perks to switch, but the S24U is all a person could ever need.
The fold 6 inner screen is nowhere near as plasticy, and the upcoming fold 7 is going to have a big front screen like a normal phone and its as thin as a normal phone when folded. Have a look at the fold 6 special edition that China got.
One of the main reasons I'm getting the new phone even though I have the s24 ultra is that my display is no longer usable when it comes to fingerprints. I can clean it off and one minute later it is completely clouded over with fingerprints. When I put on a glass screen protector that fixes the problem but then I lose the fingerprint scanner working as expected. I've read where some kind of a coating has worn off of some of the s24 ultra models. Well I believe that's happened to me.
