Nice, Vermont has better fall foliage if you time it right. Maine has a lot of pines, both are beautiful. We saw the best colors in the White Mountains in NH.
I've been to Cold Hollow many times. Their restaurant has some really good food! I lived in Montpelier for 4 years and Waterbury for 1 year. Fun to have quick access to Stowe and Waitsfield when I was young. Such a nice area.

I've tried the Ben and Jerrys dog ice cream when it came to the pet store I worked at. It wasnt bad! A coworker and I tried both flavors and we prefered the cookie one 😅
It seems like you missed the cider press at Cold Hollow, that's one of the best things there, you get to watch them make the cider right in front of you and there are free tastings of the cold cider straight from the tank.
Vermont is a beautiful state. Watching you two stuffing you faces is not what most people don’t want to see. They want to see the towns and scenery. Sadly disappointing
