  • In this video, I demonstrate how to capture NOAA satellite images using just a laptop and a Software-Defined Radio (SDR).and an Arrow Yagi Antenna. I’ll walk you through the process step-by-step, from setting up your SDR to receiving the satellite signals and decoding the images. Whether you’re new to SDR or looking to expand your knowledge, this tutorial will guide you through everything you need to get started.

What is the specific model of Arrow Yagi antenna that you use in the video? There are many models shown in the Google search results for "Arrow Yagi antenna." Also, would you please demonstrate how you processed the WAV file you captured in the field? Does that happen automatically using SatDump or did you use the "Offline Processing" feature? Thanks!

I use an Arrow Antenna. www.arrowantennas.com/sub/arrowiiyagi.html. - LEO Satellite Antenna - 3 Elements for 2 Meters crossed with 7 Elements for 70 cm. There is also this one that is out now, I have not personally tested it, but heard good things about it. beetenna.com/products/2-meter-antenna
