Epic! ESCO Hydraulic Parking Elevators at Houston Hobby Airport in Houston, TX,

Filmed on December 19, 2019: These are the original wing parking elevators here at this airport. They have since renovated the whole first floor elevator hallway lobby, but everything inside both of the elevator cars are still original!!! :D Nothing has much changed thankfully. Also, the original baggage claim/ticketing elevator with the Adams Survivor fixtures is still remaining as well also. The motor on that one is EVER MORE EPIC! :D Installed in the 1980's.

dmvelevators Are you also OK with meeting a few of my school friends as well? I have some local friends who study at different universities who I plan to meet as well. As for Elyse, Trent, and Brian, would it be best if I see them for a brief time? I’m not really sure how much time I have as there is more stuff for me to visit than just you showing me the certain elevators. I mainly asked you since I’ve watched you for quite a long time.

dmvelevators I know this may be off-topic to ask you this, Darius, but are you also interested in the fire alarms as well? Elyse is, but I don’t know about Trent and Brian. If Elyse is able to meet, she’s more than welcome to show me a pull station. The Simplex T-bar is my favorite. Also, if the elevators at the Renaissance are still in the process of modernization, I may try to stop there to see if I’m able to say hi to some of the elevator technicians. Do you collect elevator parts by any means? Elyse does.

Is the ticketing elevator working? I was at hobby airport back in March and both times it was down. I am hoping they don’t rip it out I rode this elevator a lot when I was younger
