I love the smaller frame of this watch compared to the size of my daily wear, Mudmaster GGB-100. I needed this watch for the tide feature for fishing and beach camping trips. It’s an awesome timepiece, glad to find one still available in 2022!
Great watch but I have the black one and want to get the red one I've got an orange Gshock good protection so the glass doest crack ive got 4 Gshocks the only thing I dont like is the light it doesn't have much life span in it got to keep replacing it every so often
Can you edit the the World Times? Because I live in California and when I click to MX time it is behind a couple of Hours when it should be ahead 2 hours
Is it true that when the light is on, and you press a button, the light will go off? That would make it impossible to adjust the settings in the dark. Great review, thanks

Hello, So I need a tough watch for the military as I am joining soon. I'm stuck between 3 choices, 1. GX56BB 2. GA700UC 3. G7900 So, which one would you suggest? Any help would be appreciated!
They are all very tough and reliable, but if it was my choice I would choose the GA7900, it's the best looking one for me. But maybe the GX56BB is more military stiled..Sorry for the late reply.
What branch? Either way, after boot, you should set aside the $380, go to the mall, buy yourself a brand new outfit and a GGB100-1a3 and enjoy your new indestructible watch.

That's the thing, the first g-shock is the bait that gets you hooked, I am constantly looking for deals after my first G-9000 mudman, and you can come across some great ones for very little money like this one. Even tho it's not cheap, they are the most reliable and fun to wear watches till this day for me :)

Yes I have DW6900, GA100,GA110, GD100 MS3, G7900, Rangeman, GA700
I've had it for 11 years, and the battery still works, though the backlighting isn't as bright.
Ive understood that a weaker back light is an indicator of a dying battery

G-Shock series they are very good watch a bit pricey for my wallet but i worthed it last for years, i have one when i was in high school
They sure are very durable and reliable watches and they last for a very long time. I think they are worth every single penny!
