Great info, Will! I second that on your guest speaking about Hassan he was great with us as well. We had so many questions to ask. Even answered the questions that we thought might’ve been stupid and answered every single question. Hassan is nothing but a gentleman and a professional. It was great dealing with him. He told us exactly what we were getting. Can’t ask for more than that. Spending the whole day with Hasson, we felt we made a friend for life. Tiffany and I can’t wait to touch base with him again here soon in July. I’ll be up there to check out our property and hopefully figure out when we can start building in Habitat. Thanks again Will for your update on Secret Beach area.

Gosh, Will. This is so interesting. Some of us in our retirement age would love to know about life in Ambergris, Mahogany and Secret Beach near amenities with infrastructure just as you discuss life for the younger generation!
We can do some interviews with retirees. Biggest obstacle would definitely be health care in my opinion. We do have hospitals in Belize but if you're in need of continuous procedures or higher level things it can be tricky.

As of 3 weeks ago, the roads to secret beach were HORRIBLE. Deal (and back breaker) on a golf cart. No wonder why there are massage businesses every 1/2 mile.

Is it common to buy site unseen? Im curious but nervous at the same time
I would never recommend buying without going down there first. Moreover, if you plan to live there, I would suggest staying for an extended period of time to see if Belize is for you. You also want to keep in mind that the island is totally different than the mainland.

@@Shauntay76 Then you own some of the best asset in the world. Most people have no idea of what Bitcoin really is because if they did, the price of 1 Bitcoin would already be $1 trillion. Because Bitcoin is the only asset in the world that has a finite supply, and once you own (self custody) it cannot be taxed, manipulated or taken away from you.
