That really helped! I've been planning to have my own art page on Instagram. My friends and family have been motivating me to go ahead. I'm an engineer and am currently working too. The idea of sharing my art online excites me but I'm still wondering if I should go ahead.
Glad it helped! As long as sharing your art will be enjoyable for you and not an additional source of stress after a long day of work (like having a second job) then I'd say go for it. Once you start sharing art online you might feel pressure to create new art just for the sake of having something to post to your page on a regular basis - it can be good motivation but it can also cause art to feel like a chore if you aren't careful, so be sure to find a healthy balance with it once you start :)
I do stippling/pointillism drawings, and when playing around with the black and white filter, they look horrible compared to the good quality my work actually is. I’ve been struggling for so long to take photos and ugh, it’s so tiring trying to take the right one. I’ll try this tomorrow and hope i can do it well haha
Thanks for all your videos! I am excited to start sharing my art journey (after years of wrestling with a perfectionist mentality). Do you have any recommendations for a scanner so that I can create prints of my watercolour work?
Yay! Unfortunately, I don't know that I'll be much help in the scanner department. I use some sort of old HP scanner and laser printer combo. I wouldn't use the laser printer for art prints, but it's nice to have around for printing shipping labels and such, that way I'm not wasting expensive inkjet printer ink that I use for prints. Not necessarily recommending you go that route, but it's something to consider :)
I hope you enjoy this updated video! Let me know what you think of the audio! It's something I've been working on improving 👍
The video is so calming, the audio is superb...
@@elliana007 Thanks so much🥰

nice, but I think the direct sunlight can be an aesthetic as well :)

Can you do a tutorial on how to draw the flowers?
Glad it helped :)
Are there any specific flowers you'd like a tutorial to draw?
@@M3lart no, you can do a tutorial on how you draw the flowers :-)
