Over her long career Nana has released over 200 albums and sold about 350 million so she certainly has fans and she has many beautiful recordings.

Just beautiful. Always loved this, and many others of hers. Only Love is a nice one. The First Tme Ever I Saw Your Face, is another.

Sublime. I have met her on a few occasions after concerts and she is always humble and gracious. This year she turned 88 with no word of her giving up singing yet! 🤗💕

And this is why we love Nana! Makes me emotional whenever I hear this song. Her songs are gorgeous. Thank you for reacting to her!
Nickels and Dimes was a cover for another well known singer songwriter at the time.

India, one amazing singer you should listen to is Miriam Makeba from South Africa. She became known as Mama Africa in her later years. She was an incredible singer and performer. Like Nana, she spoke several languages. She and Nana were good friends and both had the good fortune of being discovered by Harry Belafonte who introduced them to the USA. She is here on UA-cam. You might want to check out several of her videos because her style is quite varied.

This song has been a favorite of mine for many years. It's been covered a zillion times, and they're all different. I really like her rendition. Thanks for choosing her. The Fantastics gave us many great songs.

I can't say I like that version of the song much. For a good female version of the song check out the Julie Andrews version, Andy Williams did a splendid job too for a male version.

From "The Fantasticks", the longest running Off-Broadway play in history. Nobody has done this better than the original Jerry Orbach, best known for his role in the "Law and Order" TV show. ua-cam.com/video/arzRzPWghwE/v-deo.html
