In defense of boneless wings: 1) There IS a time and a place for nuggets outside of McDonalds, because chicken nuggets (aka boneless wings) are made to superior quality at wing joints. 2) I have a semi-autistic aversion to dirty hands while eating. It ruins the entire experience for me. So while I admit that bone-in tastes better, for me boneless wings are a necessary evil. 3) The SAUCES and RUBS are at least 50% of the experience, and good chicken nuggets in wing sauces are absolutely heavenly. Please debate me if you disagree.
