This thing is actually kind of cool. It combines a fork, spoon, and chopsticks into one utensil. Sure it isn’t a necessary addition to anybody’s household, but it could be a fun and efficient little dining tool to have around

I love how there's a random businessman using the thing, so even SMART people like him can benefit from this.

It's essentially training chopsticks with a spoon at the bottom. Which isn't a bad idea in and of itself, but rarely are the two implements required at the same time.

you know, when forks were first invented, it was a complete outrage. people viewed them as a sign of the devil. it was scandalous and revolutionary for a noble to use forks at their table, but eventually, enough people realized that they were useful, and they became common. I don't see anything wrong with this product. In fact, I think it will be quite helpful to people with arthritis or any disability that causes shaky hands. A lot of infomercial products are actually first designed with the disabled in mind, then later marketed to able-bodied people who could benefit from the convenience.

if it does work and better than a fork, I think it should then be a new standard. but... can you eat soup with it? you could just put mushrooms in your mouth and then the tomatoes and the pasta AND then just eat them all together. it helps you grab rice but that rice might have been sticky. not sure if it works for lose rice.
and another problem: this thing is fucking huge. its like chinese chop sticks, which are like 30 cm long. whats the point? I find it useful and while it is not part of out culture to take our eating utensils everywhere, it is a good practice that we could learn and if there was a more efficient way to it, it shouldn't be laughed at. but this isn't it.

It says it's adjusting automatically, which is a blatant lie for a start because the Grab-A-Bite adjust because the user squeezes it. To be honest the GAB looks more complex than a fork.
You can grab a bite, or you can grab a frikkin' spoon.
