no, they made duplicate bills, in 2016, they made bills which said 2013, therefore there are pairs of dollar bills which have the same serial numbers. you only need to find 2 bills which have the same serial number

im guessing because the rarity comes in the fact that its 2 identical bill which isnt supposed to happen and its prolly not that valuable to just find one of the error bills...
so if you find the duplicate error bill you have 1 of 10 duplicate bill currently discovered and collectors pay alot for that kind of thing
