NOYAFA NF-8508 TEST

Noyafa NF-8508 Network Tester in Action. This video is not sponsored by any company. This is a not a pro video! one hand recorded by a cellphone camera that picked up all surrounding noise. Ordered this unit from Noyafa AliExpress official store and took around 30d to arrive to PR, USA. Unit work good (fiber cable tests not performed yet). My only complaint is the enclosure material that feel very cheap but with good care that may not be a problem.

Hi. I think this is the first video around other than the promo video from noyafa. After I bought the unit I read about some users complaints regarding mapping issues and in my case mine work perfect. Overall it is a good buy for the money. Noyafa must add the ping funtionality that is perfect for many situations where you dont want to take out a laptop to check for conectivity or internet access.... also a carring case or rubber case can be a good addon.
Hope this simple raw video help you to see some funtionalities of this unit.

As a note to avoid any misunderstood of the qc test it only verify the quality of the crimp on one of the crimped ends but not tell you if the wires are in the correct order. To check for the correct wiring order the continuity tes must be performed. Not so sure how useful is this funtionality if anyway I need to test the cable for continuity.

My crimping tool wasn't crimping correctly and I went through a bunch of connectors before figuring it out. Knowing whether the crimp was good could have saved a lot of time and connectors.

True, I am Always telling my helper on the other end to check his side visually now with this option it will show who's side is incorrect at least

@@matthewsaille3142 pro-tip: Never crimp cables. Punc them in female connectors and only use machine-made patch cords.

Olá boa noite, trabalho com cftv e testo muito cabos coaxial no caso este testador não tem esta opção de teste, mais se eu colocar um adaptador bnc X rj45 nas duas pontas será que consigo fazer o teste ? Obrigada aguardo sua resposta
