Great drone. Flew today on the coast in gusty wind, lots of warnings about strong wind. 4k video of scenery at an altitude of 70m was excellent even though it was being blown around.
Great review! I'm a mountain biker looking for additional footage to go with my regular action camera shots on my rides, and you just gave me plenty of practical uses. Greatly appreciated!
Awesome mate I was just looking into this! I will get one today after seeing your video, I wanted to exactly technical and more point of view thank you🎉
Thanks. I have an Air2s and have this arriving in about a week in the US. Basically the same idea for my use of the Neo. Including no extra batteries and keeping it plugged in between shots. Thanks for the confirmation.
Brilliant piece of kit for moto vlogging, just wish we had your weather here in northern England🤣👍love mine, it’s even better with the remote and you can improve the video quality by adjusting settings. PS. DJI Mic 2 makes a big difference to audio.
Nice review. I think this next version of the Neo will have better capabilities and will wait until then to see if DJI has a viable replacement for my Hover Air X1. And I'm keeping my Mini 4 Pro for the more dramatic landscape shots.
Great little device for those new to motovlogging then? Great price indeed, love the quality and the ability to walk around with it at an event. Great review mate, I think it'll be pretty popular!
@MotoRidesAustralia yes please can you make it just to check ... Because I am planning to buy neo ... But there is a big question mark ?? .. related to this ??
interesting video, mostly, but where do you guys get the authority to call something "really really cheap"... what does it even mean? That's the price of the thing when you balance the R&D with the market positioning. Or you mean "really really cheap", in that you can't get quality videos / shot out of it... bro, that's the price... and you get what it's priced for. So, I find it quite, sorry to be blunt, absurd when we start a video promoter says something is "really really cheap"... you prefer it is priced with that level of "capability" a little higher so we can call it, what... "ok"? Am lost in that sense... We're not intending brands to now price out of reach right?
DJI Mavic Pro: $3k DJI Air: $1.5K DJI Mini 4: $1K. HOVERAir X1: $439 $299 is really cheap relative to other similar products, and considering what it can do, that's really good value. Which makes it even more affordable, hence the additional "really." That makes it "Really Really Cheap." And no one needs authority to have an opinion, by the way.
Affordable, not cheap. Cheap is now a synonym of poorly made; inferior; shoddy. It is not shoddy, it is not inferior. It is not poorly made. It is a great product made for mass market entry enthusiast to afford. Don’t get worked up on the semantics.
Just to be clear, for anyone else, my context of "cheap" means "cheaper", as in "low in price, especially in relation to similar items or services." I did not at any time say it was "poorly made, inferior or shoddy". So far, it seems to be really high quality, as you would expect of DJI, albeit with a limitation of features considering its price point compared to other products in their range. Ol' mate here obviously only watched the first 10 seconds of my video and got upset with applying his own out-of-context narrative of a single word.
@@MotoRidesAustraliahaha… I liked the comment for reasons that you called me Ol’ mate 😅😅😅… first let me stress that you made a great video, just use of the word cast a shadow on the product. I understand that sometimes people use words interchangeably, my point was that it wasn’t a fair use in that case. But I understand you now. 😉
I love the "Buy More Combo." Finally, someone calls it what it is :)
that's more or less why I also look into that tool ;) Thanks for the video mate

That's a great option for someone like me who just uses GoPro footage - especially for the price. Thanks for the vid - very informative.
It's a great option to add quite a unquie new angle. Glad you got some good info from this.

"I got taken down by a drone!" should get some good views.

It can follow you filming in front of you? Or only back
Great video! Thanks!
Thanks mate
NICE TEST BROTHER I WILL TRY❤❤❤
it's good for capturing b-rolls... especially for those creators that are doing it alone...
👌
Bagus sharing video nya 👍👌🙏
All fun and games until another subject moves into the flight path 😁
Hahaha, now that sounds like something I need to test out!! 🤣😜
How did u manage to charge on the go? I hooked it up to a 20000 watt power bank on the go and it wouldn't charge. What did u charge it with?
I plugged it into my bikes power via a usb adapter but it also charged off my power bank as well.

What is the maximum speed we can shoot on bike ...
Maybe I should have put that in the video?! 🙄

@@UnstoppableDarrel Dude, I was being sarcastic. I state it at least three times in the video, and there's a whole section chaptered on it at 4:15

How do you get it down without a remote?
Just put your hand underneath it, and it will land in your palm.
@@MotoRidesAustralia wow that's smart
