I have two of them and they are not suitable for outside use as they are not rain 🌧 proof. I spoke to Front Runner and they say only slightly water 💦 resistant not rain proof 😢
Maybe go out and check them for yourself before saying they're waterproof or selling them as such as you may find some pushback imo. I love my older version and agree with the rest of it. They can also be used as makeshift tables at camp and I use one of mine as a side table in my tent to put things on for easier access or to keep them off the floor. I also sometimes use them to stand on but I don't know if the newer ones have the same weight rating. I will use mine for various things and label them. All my kitchen gear goes in one, recovery gear in another, food etc etc. It means that I can keep the stuff packed with a list and just throw it in the vehicle knowing it's ready to go. Also I can take it out and stack it all in the shed when not in use so that my vehicle isn't completely useless for anything but camping.
@@SnowysOutdoors Yep words but try putting one on the roof of your vehicle when it's raining and see what happens. 1.20 stay on top of your car and stay nice and waterproof...............
