BACKFIRE RANGER X2 - Rangetest with 104 kg weight onboard

So I recently bought an Electric Skateboard, I wanted one to use for transport to work. However I have 17 km to work. Backfire claims the ranger x2 can go 30 km on one charge. In this video, I will put that claim to a test.

I wish I had found this video before purchasing a Ranger X2. I just ordered it two days ago. With my small work bag I weigh roughly 127kg. I was really hoping to run small errands on the board, and take it on some trails. I guess I'll have to give it a try and see what it does. It'll be interesting to compare since I have about 23kg more weight. I could ditch the bag for a few kilos but even if I went on a huge diet I don't think I could get under 100kg. I'm a few millimeters away from 2m tall. Thanks for the information, and great video!

@@AGNTMedia The board gets delivered Friday, I can't wait! It'll take me a few weeks to get comfortable enough on it for a range test, but I'll definitely let you know!

I think there is something wrong with the battery since this board haze to go 20 miles which is well over 20 km

Cold weather will greatly reduce the capacity of the battery

Yeah 🙄 thats the downside of living in scandinavia. Would it be possible to have a spare battery in a bagpack, that you could swap with when the first battery runs out ?

Backfire Boards Cant seem to find the 454 wh battery, only on backfireusa. Do you have any located in germany ?

I think something may be defective with your battery, regardless of the rider/bag weight, temperature, you should have gotten close to the minimum range

Love the Backfire Ranger X2 concept. But wow, the low range and low speed of this all terrain board is a disappointment for its price point.
