Good to see uk has such a nice surface road I been to MU and RG, no such condition when you do your crouching during toe side, try lean a bit forward knee to near/under your nipple look where you going, your rear toe better can touch the rail as well. try gear up first, the faster you play you must need gear up, but when you gear up, you less flexible. you better get familiar with full gear during initial stage
Grabbing rail when doing predrifts has its pros and cons. Your weight gets closer to the board which means more breaking power but slightly harder to break traction in the first place. I think the toesides look pretty good, keep that hand in front of your heel like you mention. When doing heelsides grabbing rail might actually help you regain traction by pulling on your board with your hand. In either direction though you wanna be careful not to lift your wheels as you might wash out on your bum with your board in your hand. Keep it up! 💪
it's cool to see you making progress. Honestly, i'd say practice your tuck correctly or dont do it at all at this speed/hill. Your need to get your chest down to your thigh, your chin down to your knee. You dont want to build bad muscle memories/habits. One thing i dont hear you talking about with your glove down (and maybe its because you know this and dont feel the need to mention it, as youve already "got it") but please think about your rotation leading from your shoulders in to your hips. Itll help you rotate both in to and out of the slides.

I’m enjoying watching your progressions.
for coleman pendy you need a speed of around 30 km/h. In lower speed it is difficult to do coleman pendy
Perfect road for learning slides and bailing. Looking good out there bro. Keep shredding 🤟🏾🤙🏾

You need to kick out your back foot more on the slide
