Sharks cannot detect a drop of blood from a mile away. They can detect 1 drop or 1 part per billion, which is a lot less than a mile, but still extremely impressive. 30:49

I did the "What freezes faster, hot or cold water " experiment when I was in the 8th grade in NY and I won 1st place in the citywide competition. It is a very fun experiment. U all should just try it sometime.
You're right! While honey is often highlighted as a food that never spoils, it's not the only one with that quality. Salt is another example of a food that doesn't spoil because it's a mineral, not a biological food product, and it has no water content to support microbial growth. The key reasons behind the long shelf life of both honey and salt are their low moisture content and natural properties that inhibit bacterial and microbial growth.
Fact # 51 - - Our Earth and the Universe is less than 6900 years old. Read the first chapter of the Book of Genesis and then read the first chapter of the Book of John. God spoke the Earth and the Universe into existence and He also Created YOU in your Mother’s womb. 2 separate men have actually done the Genealogy from the first man Adam to this present day and both men came up with less than 6900 years - Not millions and billions of years. Evolution doesn’t exist. The way you see a creature is the exact way God created it… “This is Fact.”
I once watched a TV show. In it a man sat in mine on Manitoulin Island. He had the training to be able to tell where a metal came from. And he says that the copper from that mine is found in products from the bronze age. So this proves Columbus was not the first European to visit the Americas.
Scientists took a small section off outer space and calculated the amount of stars in this area..the actual area had the least amount of stars visible. The way the described it was if you looked at space through a straw. The count was roughly 10000000000000000000000 stars but would probably be more. But then again these stars are millions and billions of light years from us which means that they may not be there anymore…it’s just a fun fact on their behalf.
Fact 51 Megga tons of N.Y.C.'s garbage goes to Niagra Falls N.Y. From the ground it looks like a green grassy mountian with pvc exaust gas pipes sticking out.

Thanks...An unspoiled and very heavy cake...I can remember it because I am 77!!!. It's a family thing...I just know that this fruitcake has always been a part of the season... It's older than me 😂!!!
Fact one: "OCTOPUSSES" Dont exist. If what you're aiming for is anyone taking you seriously, you need to know: "OCTOPI" Is the plural for Octopus. And they have up to 3 hearts, depending on the species. Now you know And turn down that ridiculous music.
People often write “octopi” instead because they assume that the plural noun is formed in the same way as Latin loanwords such as “fungus/fungi.” But “octopus” actually comes from Greek, where its original plural is “octopodes.” In English, it instead has the regular plural form “octopuses.”
I have got a fact for you all; Sweden has; 62.000 criminals in gangs and.... 23.000 in the e n t i r e police force..I don't know if crying would be the most "right" reaction but this makes me laugh so hard. Imagine that you guys!
To begin with there is no such thing as a trillion scents and how do you prove there are more stars than grains of sand on the beaches of earth?? Did somebody count them?🤣😅😂
Great questions! 🌟 For the trillion scents fact, scientists have studied the human olfactory system and found that we can distinguish between a vast number of different scent combinations, estimated to be around a trillion. It’s not about individual 'scents' like rose or coffee but rather the combinations of scent molecules that our brains can differentiate. 🌸☕👃 As for the stars vs. grains of sand comparison, it's based on estimates rather than literal counting (imagine trying that! 😅). Astronomers calculate the number of stars using data from telescopes and models of the universe, while the grains of sand are estimated based on Earth's beaches and deserts. Both are approximations, but it’s a fun way to illustrate just how vast and mind-blowing our universe is! ✨🪐 Thanks for watching and for keeping us on our toes with these awesome questions! 😄👍
It’s simple to estimate the number of stars as well as the number of grains of sand on the earth’s beaches. I watched a video of someone breaking down exactly this, step by step. I forget what the final number was, but it was on the order of a large number to the 24th power.
I told my husband , what he thought he was smarter than me, that hot water freezes faster than cold and he didn’t believe. When he found out I was right, he was shocked!
I still don’t see how that is possible. If cold water starts out closer in temperature how could hot water which is further away in temperature freeze quicker? It doesn’t make sense. I’m going to have to do this experiment myself to believe it. As of now I’m calling BS on that fact. That seems like it would violate the laws of chemistry and physics.
Think about what is happening to the molecules when water goes from liquid to solid. They get farther apart as water freezes. Warmer water starts out with the molecules already farther apart.

Background music way too loud takes over the video. Only watched 40 seconds

Me tooo i was going ro make the same comment 😂 the video is very nice but the music is very annoying
I agree about the music. It's too loud and doesn't match the video. 😢
You missed out. The music got louder and faster as it went on. At the end it was like a Sly Stone concert 😂
I did not notice that...
very interesting video
LOWER THE DAMN MUSIC!
I did the "What freezes faster, hot or cold water " experiment when I was in the 8th grade in NY and I won 1st place in the citywide competition. It is a very fun experiment. U all should just try it sometime.

I believe the plural of octopus is octopi. Anyone else have a thought about that?
Stars greater than-- who counts?
Dolphins have names for each other. Hmm, pull the other one.
Funny thing, my dad told me about the hot water ice thing many years before it was "first observed" He was born in 1905.

Thinking salt will be done in another episode 😂
I always wondered about this factoid
I actually didn't really hear the background noise. I thought it was a nice video
Thanks.
Octopuses are out of this world 🌍
Cut out the background music
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your input and will consider it for future videos.
Fact #1, I hate computer generated narrations.
I once watched a TV show. In it a man sat in mine on Manitoulin Island. He had the training to be able to tell where a metal came from. And he says that the copper from that mine is found in products from the bronze age. So this proves Columbus was not the first European to visit the Americas.
What about cats that have six toes on each foot?
Polydactyl cats.
Cats only have 4 toes on all 4 paws
The shortest flight doesn't take 90 seconds, it's mandated time allowed is 90 seconds, it typically takes less than a minute
Ok regarding the DNA at the start, then why are we so stupid ????
I Don't That DNA Shit.
DNA forms the brain's "bucket" & wiring. Experience, attention and concentration fills that bucket with useful knowledge & wisdom!

He went bankrupt six times.

Yup, we used to hang out there a lot... Nasty when you think about it...
Actually the ‘seeds’ on a strawberry aren’t actually seeds.
Great show for 5th graders , is the Eiffel Tower made of iron?
The music is extremely distracting
Yes!……ditch the background music…….very annoying……
Facts are fun but music is awful and way too loud
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I’m glad you enjoyed the facts, and I’ll work on finding a better balance with the music next time.

You tube premium is great. Do adverts still exist?
Only short channel ads---and you can just skip past them. Usually just a minute or two.
Too much information. Horrible background thumping.
Great info but the music is annoying and distracting
What u guys listening too, can here absolutely everything
So do Koalas spend most their lives eating Eucalyptus of sleeping? Since they sleep 20 hours a day, I say its sleeping.
MUSIC NOISE IS TOO LOUD 😢
Every 100 years, we don't do that leap year. Ie.1900, 2000 should be a leap year, but is not, to account for the spin.
The Reef is not under threat and doing better then ever.
Use the right facts. 😡
Very good video, but I couldn't watch anymore after 9 mn. The "background" music is too loud. I may try it in 'mute'.
Why don't we call them universes instead of milks?
50 amazing facts and 49 of them are already gone.
Thanks...An unspoiled and very heavy cake...I can remember it because I am 77!!!. It's a family thing...I just know that this fruitcake has always been a part of the season... It's older than me 😂!!!
Just cows or the bulls, too?
Can't hear well anyway, the music is too loud ..
2nd fact is wrong more than 20 foods dont go bad
And honey can go bad if you consider botulism bad. Honey should never be given to infants because it can contain botulism.
"Dolphins have names for one and other" ??? How would you know that !? At best, you are only guessing
That background music is so frenetic and often louder than the robot! Ruined it for me.
Too many commercials

Octopuses IS correct!
What about the number ONE fact and that's ELVIS IS STILL ALIVE. Ok he isn't but ........
Get rid of the music
The music is turning my stomach. 🤮
Couldn’t stand the music
Other than all your dates are incorrect, interesting
Fact: You are wrong about leap years. Your information is incomplete, at best. This leaves all other "facts" in doubt.
I have got a fact for you all; Sweden has; 62.000 criminals in gangs and....
23.000 in the e n t i r e police force..I don't know if crying would be the most "right" reaction but this makes me laugh so hard. Imagine that you guys!

Another way to think of it: the number of grains of sand is finite, the number of stars is infinite.
Too much erroneous use of names and verbage
True👍
Re-upload with that annoying music.
Big lie honey go's bad
Honey does NOT go bad. I know some of these facts are wrong, but that’s not one of them.
Honey will go bad only if you add something, most notably water, to it. Pure natural honey will not.
Note, crystallization is not "going bad".
Honey does go bad if containing botulism is bad. Honey CAN contain botulism and should never be given to infants.
