Some people do these things cause they aren’t interested in all the money and power, I know me personally when I sit and meditate it’s to lock in to the world around me.

At a certain point, the calm of not worry about what’s next is more enjoyable than my constant questioning and wondering. The more I do that, the less I take in the present. My shadow self who's always lived in FEAR came alongside me. I sensed its darkness and pain and opened up my arms and gave it the most loving hug and it disappeared and I was left with pure light.

@@lovetruth5518t to give you the heads up i am not trying to be mean here but your shadow self is actually not bad it's actually hidden parts of you that you hide cause of past experiences if you try running Away or avoiding it it will just keep chasing me until i did shadow work & give it it's needs (i am saying this because it's like your Inner child.) that needs it's needs met the only thing you can do is be nicer to it cause based on my experiences the more i tried Fighting & ignoring it the more it keep messing with me so i say you must aslo ask it questions & mediate, But my shadow never went away when i tried fighting it & ignoring it i just learn to accept it cause i understand it. It was dark and skinny with a look of filth and waxiness. This isn't exactly wrong, however, cañling it "pathological" is.. quite an extreme. Don't atribute such damaging terms nor give value to such behaviors. For one, it causes suffering and turmoil on those who come from a place of conditioned practice. Secondly, calling it "pathological" (a damaging value) perpetuates prejudice or teaches and motivates others to be prejudicial, rather than cultivating understanding and compassion.
The key is to not only be present in every moment, but to also be the present 🎁 in your present! Wrap your mind around all the gifts that will flow your way once total alignment is achieved 🙏. Namaste 🙏

Ego I feel is something we all must overcome. Realizing we are connected, all of us, to a unity consciousness. We are a spark of the divine. It's so easy to get wrapped up in materialistic stuff, money, and power. It's hard to be mindful of ones self at all times, understanding your emotions and the root cause to those emotions, we have to overcome all the programs crammed in our heads. These are steps I had to take. I lived in fear so much that I was afraid to live. That was not living it was just existing. I have worked hard to get where I am today and I'm so grateful for life today. Idk just some of my thoughts on this. I don't believe meditation is of the ego with everyone. I believe there are people who do it for the right reasons. Love is the one thing...that conquers fear. Always remember that if your living a life of fear. There is ways out of that fear, I promise.

You got it wrong. The answer is not in any external form, but a practice, or rituals that brings you closer to yourself and inner answer and peace. Naturally being it and living it is a big part of it too
Ego is the way to understand this whole drama. Every single practice is a way.. Wrong right is also ego construct.. Judgement is also ego construct..but these are all part of cycle..ur belief can be diff than mine but ultimately we all r moving with our own level of awareness

I have always just naturally talked to God all the time, occasionly in pray form if I am asking for help of some kind or for peace for myself or other. More often or not though I just talk just because I know he is there. I feel closer to God out of church unless I am alone there, that's probably why I feel no real need to go to church unless its for a reason like weddings or funerals. But I do agree with a lot of what is being said hear especially in the Christensen religions people attend church simply because they always just have plus its a social activity for them. But the closer to God I become & the more I learn the more I find there is to learn & the more questions there is to ask, it never ends.

"The vast majority" is an absolute. Always examine statements which contain the absolute. All spiritual practices are only pointers to connection to spirit, an inner experience. All of them are useful, but like all human activities, we cannot identify with the practices. Identification with worldly objects and concepts which change is the disease. Finding salvation in external forms, other people, work, religion, is a symptom of identification. Only our higher power, the present moment, is eternal and unchanging.
So the ego is a great thing then!
There is no real human doing with out the understanding of being. Ego in the unwholesome sense is based on the unexamined assumption that a person is completely separate from the world and other people. "The basic essential nature inherent in all people is clearly evident when you constantly perceive it within yourself; if you pursue only external objects it becomes obscured and the mind remains in confusion unable to see the unity of all and everything." from Yuan-hsien (1618-1697)

This is a very inverted understanding of what concept is the action of prayer, this new age stuff is very problamatic.
Prayer takes place , it is not "done". This is something very subtle.
As humans of today; we feel to fulfil our egos by making out that our knowledge, education and planning of degrees and percentages etc.. is the driving force to create the formulas and structures that are undeniably correct.
What we overlook is the essence of what science explains, we are a mere physical followers of what already exists, in olden days’ as people were not overwhelmed by mind or competitive pressures.
Our planets magnetic field gives us the ability and illustrate what is to be placed where and at what points.
All the buildings and structures that are erected now, it may show the names of architects and the material used etc.. but like our body’s natural breathing’ these structures are up, as we are
Magnetically pulled to merge the materials and molecules to erect them; at destroy by means of natural disasters or by human uncanniness.
We have forgotten how to just allow the flow of pull and push of our energies’ as we have been programmed to learn with complexities of what we already know’ but in a boxed minded with blinkers of sheepish formatted structures; and so’ we keep our mind occupied by thinking we have to go here, there, and buy this or that;
But if we keep our mind in stillness, we will witness’ that without a thought, our body will physically follow and accomplish what chores need to be done, without planning.
Our body is a vehicle (Merkebah) the more we free our mind from things to do etc.. we will see’ what we need is already there and how we dice it cut or cook etc.. our body naturally mechanically does.
I hope I make sense please., everything in our life and around.. IS EXACTLY HOW AND WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE;
the only way we can manoeuvre to seeing good is by using the ONE power we all have;
and that is by seeing all situations from a place of wisdoms’ the more of us that do that, we raise the frequencies of love and our collective visions can calm the mind that makes us see situations from a point of pain and sorrows to seeing all with wisdoms.
This, creates a collective manoeuvre of our planet and all her habitant’s to the destination of enlightenment.
Our feelings create, so when our mind and feelings don’t match; we ourselves create chaos’s within, so what we see physically will be seen as chaos’s too, but when we still our mind and feel.. we will see’ all is as it should be, it is our insecurities, fears, longings, shame, societal images we’ve created for ourselves; we’re holding on too tight to the illusions that are divided by man programming.
