Wait did I just Here lake country announced that there's gonna be a universal backing plate system? Is it also going to be for the UDOS 31E? ? Because I have been told that there is no other backing plate. That's gonna be available with this polisher. Yet What's even more confusing is that like country released UDOS speiific polishing pads now in a 3inch and 6 or 7 inch? So this is really confusing. LC saying no other backing plate and I cpnfirmed this direct witth LC.Yet differnt size pads have been released and youLC just stated there is going to be a Universal backing okate system for your UDOS polishers. So what is the truth here?
I do not think they will release other backing plates for the UDOS 31E. I know that customers asked for UDOS pads for other machines like FLEX PXE, Rupes LHR, etc. There main business are pads. So using producing UDOS pads in different sizes for other machines is easy …
@ChemicalShark Yes, but at the end of the video they said that they will be realizing a universal backing plate system. in 3 , 5, 6 inch. They already have backing plates that are universal for any polishers why would they develop a system when they already have backing plates for any make and model. Also why would they released different size UDOS Pad for.othwr polishers. Doesn't make sense.
@btbd2785 They will release a „M8 / single screw“ universal backing plate 5.5 inch / 125mm. It will fit to nearly every D/A but not for FLEX because FLEX XFE/XCE backing plate mount is multi screw (5 or more).

Grundsätzlich interessante Maschine, wer alles in einer haben will. Die Umsetzung wirkt jedenfalls deutlich besser als bei der UDOS 51E.
Macht ja wirklich einen guten Eindruck! Sieht auch so aus, als ob sie an der Leistung im Vergleich zur 51e nachgebessert haben.
