Here is a fact that no one seems to be mentioning; the other 8 members of the 2000 yard club were never able to repeat that performance. Given the years wasted in NY behind inferior offensive lines that contributed to injuries for Saquon, this is most likely his ONLY chance to break the record. I also pondered, starting the back ups, then bringing Saquon and 4 of the O-line starters in to go for the record. Lane Johnson should sit out and rest up, he is a bit older than the other starters and has had more nagging injuries over the last few years. That said Jalen (if cleared from concussion protocol) should knock off the rust and get some reps with the starting receivers and Saquon. I believe Kenny Pickett should rest up because rib injuries do not get better by running the Brotherly Shove multiple times or getting cheap shots from the likes of Micah Parsons. I am fine with Tanner McKee starting or finishing, and Jahan Dotson and Johnny Wilson could certainty use some more reps. I do not think that Saquon will need more than 20 touches, probably less against the bottom-feeding Ginas, excuse me Giants. I know that Landon Dickerson and Jordan Mailata are for Saquon going for the record, and Lane Johnson should sit/rest regardless, so it really comes down to Cam Jurgens, and Mekhi Becton and whether they want to help Saquon on what may be his only chance at breaking a 40 year old record. Give him the second half...sit him the first 🥇 half and let him show why he's the MVP of the NFL ...10.9.8.7
Exactly what I was thinking cause he be getting off in the second half
@@TerriLanzy The Eagles O-Line can soften up the Giants D with some pounding in the first half and then let Saquon have his way. Great idea!!!
yes let him go for the record

The NBA changed their play off format.. the best teams have a home game or the best 16 teams afc vs. Nfc. Instead of Nfc vs. Nfc or AFC vs. AFC
