My name is Steve but I like to be called random, I live in Manchester I have two beautiful girls which mean the world to me but like many fathers in this world there are humans which will stop a loving father seeing their own children. I work full time as a bus driver somewhere in Manchester.

Turkey is a great place for a holiday. I’ve been loads of times.
To be fair, you saw the price of the food before you paid for it. You didn’t have to eat at the airport. I never have.

So, you won't return to a whole country for willingly paying the price quoted to you before ordering the food that was displayed, and being served said food at the airport? How on earth can you call it a rip off? You chose to pay the price for the food you received. If you don't want to pay expensive prices for crap food don't eat at the airport or anywhere else that is offering that service, pretty simple. And if it is the only option at the airport, just wait the few hours until you are where you are going, you're hardly gonna starve in a few hours.

Random, sorry about that, not sure what time your flight was but I would of stocked up with food ftom the hotel. Good you have pointed this out. But I would say most things in Turkey are worth going for. Lots of different places worth going to as well. People just need to be careful.

What you dont realize about Turkey is the inflation there is around 44 percent and the average wage is pretty high.

I won't be returning to Turkey any time soon either. The hotel food was shocking (for a supposed 5 star), the taxi drivers were con artists, salesman in shops very pushy/agressive. Not a fan at all.
