How can you counter 2 times?
@AbizardAsyifa Essence of Windblast!
While this Chapter was highly unnecessary and didn't have to be added, I gotta say, Gouken's second form is baller as all hell.
Awww!!! C'mon @ChaplainPhantasm in my opinion, very new chapter on Ronin is most welcome. yes, they could have worked on a unique character for Boss 1. Rebranding Otae the Possessed (Chap 3 Boss 2) as Yoko The Soul Dancer was somewhat disappointing. But i was glad when the Oni of the Dying Nightmare showed up mid-way in the stage.
About the chapter as a whole - I felt that the combination attacks of enemies on all stages of this chapters was very skilled. Its pretty awesome how they gang up and ambush you.
Btw Oni's forest on Shura's Road is much more epic and Gouken is kickass. The normal story mode is nothing compared to the basic difficulty level of Shura's road.
Agreed, but nonetheless it’s not like the shogun was guaranteed to be the strongest in the land. Also, they needed content, which is what this game lacks once you beat it.
how can you do perfect time to counter flash?
@sires7262 - CF timing varies for each enemy/boss. I'll try to list it in broad steps. You might have already gone through some of them already.
Step 1: You might have to die multiple times before figuring out the attack patterns to parry before the boss makes a heavy attack.
Step 2: Once you figure out the attack patterns and successfully parry initial volley of attacks, you need to figure out the timing for the final hit of the enemy heavy attack.
Step 3: Initially work on the timing in a head-on, straight, face to face CF. Once you get the face to face CF's right, try CF again when facing the enemy in an angle (i.e. moving to the left or right instead of head-on CF).
Step 4: Best way to work on the CF timing is to use your own heavy attack when the boss is powering up and figure out he time gap (i.e. when the boss final attack hits). It doesnt matter whether your heavy attack hits or not. Its purely to gauge the CF timing.
Step 5: Adjust step 3 to match your ATK speed. If your ATK speed is high bcus of powerups like Rushwind Force, White Tiger Blessing or Wrist Strengthening then you may have to wait an extra milli-second before your CF.
This step by step approach should work for all of Kenji's weapons - Cresent Moon blade, Shura's Sword, Twin Blade.
Hope this helps!
@@iyershankar85 I hope I can do that step by step. thank you, master
@sires7262 - I am no master bro 😄
You can check out this short for reference. It is with Chp 4 final boss+assassin. In the end, I got my face blown off but if you look at the CF, you'll be able to relate to most of the steps above.

Teach us to parry like you sensei
@newtononfire8671 hahaha 😆
bro im no sensei, maybe senpai at best.
i would recommend playing Land of Chaos (land of thorns). once u get used to the attack patterns in it, try experimenting that in-game. this approach works best with Rapid Flow scroll (where enemy gets 50% HP DMG on parrying). Btw the goal here is not to cross the level quickly with berserk attacks, the goal is prolong the game with limited attacks. And yes, this playing style feels awesome when you are playing Shura's Road.
Check this one out... im sure you'll love it
