Oh nice 😁 how was it over there? Did you pay a lot for accomodation? We were looking at some budget friendly houses on the water and we couldnt find anything 😥
Hi Dann We did look at staying there but everything was booked in our budget :( and the places available were to expensive (not budget travel friendly).
What I love about swimming in southern Thailand is that the water here is not cold. Because there are only 2 seasons here, the rainy season and summer. I'm from the south of the country and my whole life. I have never seen snow The coldest I've ever lived in was 13 degrees Celsius in Chiang Rai. And that's why I don't like cold weather very much. That made me understand why westerners come to warm places in the winter. And there are many Thai people traveling out of the country to experience snow once in a lifetime haha.
I totally agree with you (Diggy) haha we always travelled to Thailand in a winter time to escape cold weather back home. The coldest temperature I have experienced was - 20 degrees celsius when I was a kid back in Poland. I miss cold weather only around Christmas time 😜
@@danny_and_diggy I have Thai relatives who work in Switzerland. They used to invite me to stay there when I was a kid. But I refused because I was afraid of the cold. At only 16 degrees, my lips are cracked and my skin is so dry that I feel irritated. I have a personal habit that I have to shower 2 times a day and wash my hair 2 times. And if you find water that is that cold I'd rather stay in my tropical country haha
@@arrukkikrina2755 haha I dont blame you at all and completely understand where you coming from. If you not used to cold it can be difficult and yes the cold air dries your skin and hair. Thailand is the best country anyway 🥰 wish we could live here forever 🥰
This lake is beautiful!!! Didn’t think I would enjoy a group tour/trip but this one was actually really good!! Would be amazing to stay there though 😍🙂
We don't know the name of the tour company as we booked through the hotel we were staying in Khao Sok. Maybe check out our video when we have arrived in Khao sok then there will be link in description to the resort. Sorry not being much helpful here but honestly cannot remember 😞
Love Khao Sok 🥰 so beautiful!!! Wish we had more time to chill by the lake though.
Lunch was good and sun came out just when we were leaving lol

As part of my Thailand tour we camped overnight 'somewhere' amongst the limestone islands. A great introduction to the nature and beauty of Thailand.
Omg John that is brave 🤯 a bit too much for me to camp with all these bugs around lol
