The majestic and spacious nature of Canada is amazing! It's a world apart from the cramped spaces of Japan. The lakes, forests, grasslands, and you are all so beautiful. Thank you from Tokyo!
Hello Alina! 😄🙏👋✨🌟 I hope your having a wonderful day! This is absolutely a super fantastic marvelous video! 😁👍❤️👏📹🇨🇦🏞🌲⛰🥇💯💫✨🌟 Nice to see Laine! 🙂👍👋💫🌟 Wow! Riding Mountain National Park looks so amazing! Also Clear Lake Beach, Wasagaming, Lake Kinosao and the wildlife is really marvelous! The crooked Mountain cabin looks really nice and the view is fantastic! Even the food at the WhiteHouse Bakery restaurant looks very delicious! I would definitely like to visit Riding Mountain National Park one day. It truly is a beautiful place! Thank you so very much Alina to share with us this amazing video. I have really enjoyed watching it! You are the best and greatest world traveler adventurer ever! 😃👍👏🌎📹✈️🧳🗺🥇🏆💯💫🌟 I wish you Alina a marvelous excellent fantastic blessed day. 😊🙏❤️👋🇨🇦👍💯💫✨🌟
In olden times, the Native peoples made "pemmican" to survive in winter. It was like a cake made of compressed, dried game meat with dried berries in it! The original protein bar, I want to try it! That area of Canada is beautiful. 🙂
I'll always remember my first trip to Manitoba and I was trying to use Riding Mountain as one of my guide posts on my way to my destination. I never saw the mountain, as I passed by to my destination. Later I learned the Mountain Road short cut and drove over the hill. I always called Riding Mountain the next best thing to the parks of Rockies, without the mountains. I had a friend who had a cabin near Onanole just outside the park, and a acquaintance who had a horse ranch in the area. So I used to attend when work and time allowed, and enjoyed what the area had to offer. Your video took me back to those days, as now that I'm back in Alberta, I enjoy my parks with mountains. Now you just have to try the Whiteshell Provincial Park on the Eastern side of the province as it's many lakes make it Manitoba's true cottage area. Laine makes a great advance women for your western provinces travels, lucky you. Enjoyed this video as I always do.
Great video, thanks Alina and Laine! Makes me really miss the area as lived near Riding Mountain park for some years, love the beautiful lakes and wildlife. Your cabin looked lovely, a great place to stay! Yes, bug spray and or thermacell device is a must :)
Little did we know that me slapping a mosquito at the beginning of the video was foreshadowing our experience in the forest 😅 Watching back on this trip was so fun and a few of our conversations made me laugh out loud! Thanks for another great adventure, great memories, and for making our mosquito infested photoshoot worth while by using one of the photos as your thumbnail 😂
Hey Alina 🙋Yasin this side Love to see your videos and your expressions also😸 Really Informative and entertaining you are😂. Thank you for taking me a lot of places without a spend of a single penny😉
Lake winnipeg from Petersfeild to Hnausa has nice sandy beachs, Hecla Island also very beautiful. Therma cell bug repeller works good without having to spray anything on yourself.
Expect the bugs at this time of year, but do expect the beauty of Riding Mountain National Park. My friend Don and i many years ago camped nearby. So beautiful. Hope you gals had a great time. So nice to see Laine again. When will you too travel again together. And Alina, Laine. What's up with that Cinnamon Bun ? Did you eat the whole thing , hehe . Sending you guys much love❤ ❤from Harriet and Yuki (currently at Bethany Beach, Delaware for a little R&R )
The fireball in the sky which appears to be sun tells me that the wildfire smoke situation is not really good. The place otherwise is amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Great video Alina & Love this place! Downfall is recently in the news, park might be barring watercrafts, boats, canoes etc. soon...Do to threat of increasing zebra mussels are spreading like wild fire in and surrounding lake!!
Yeah they actually already had that rule when we were there ☹️ no boats on the water other than their passenger boat that does cruises along the lake a few times a day.
Hi good evening god's mother I'm happy to see you good health and safe with your friend and thanks for sharing this video God bless you all ways and pls regards me to your family from Philippines Abe ❤ Taya mabuhay
You're in Canada now!!!! It's warm and nice. Soon, you'll be packing your bags and head maybe to Africa or somewhere warm as winter approaches. Go figure
Surprised at the breakfast bakery prices. Lot cheaper than currently experienced in Australia. Maybe as much as a third more when previously much the same. Guess there is tax coming on top of that which always tricks me over there - reveals how much though. Magnificently picturesque and very well designed National Park. Fall time visiting way to go. Bears, bears, bears rings though my mind.
RMNP is amazing. Granted national parks get more funding then their provincial counterparts. I tent at Moon lake all the time. You need to be bear smart, there is a healthy population of Black Bears there. The 4 season trail system is wonderful to say the least.
I love Canada, but holy smokes are things expensive up North. I ain't broke, but almost $200 per night for simple accommodations doesn't seem like a good "value" when compared to international travel. That said, I appreciate how under populated everywhere feels... like you could just start walking north until you find the land that time forgot.
I live in Winnipeg and have been to clear lake a number of times....nice place for a holiday. Did you know Manitoba has 100,000 lakes? It does...most require a float plane. Lake Winnipeg just outside of Winnipeg is the 10th largest freshwater lake in the world and has many resort on its east and west shores....and Manitoba even though it is in the middle of Canada has a seaport in the north at Churchill....just some facts FYI.
@@AlinaMcleod I’m grateful that you had those cabins on your video. I’ve never visited them, but was curious what they were like. It was great to experience them through your trip!
Wood ticks and mosquitoes what a nasty bug combination. I hope the wood ticks never bite u. Though it better to be bitten by a mosquito than a wood tick. Hopefully the bugs did not ruin your vacation.
Hi Alina ! It's a beautiful park & your place had a great view. Unfortunately the mosquitoes 🦟 are very active this summer. Still , didn't ruin the experience. Thanks 😊

On a hot day the Bison will be in the spruce bush to get away from the horse 🪰. If its windy they will graze amongst the poplars for shade.

I agree. The fact that a $250 hotel is "affordable" nowadays is crazy.
Lol, there are only two National parks in Manitoba, good luck trying out Wapusk.

Do these bears bite people?
They can if you come off as aggressive but black bears generally avoid humans. Grizzlies you need to be more cautious of.
