Anyone thinks this ruins the game? Just turned tour pro and people eagle every hole in one and hole in one every par 3. There's far less skill using a calculator then playing a lot and memorizing patterns. Had a -14 on 9 with three par 5s and got 48th place.... really??
For u 2 who just Google this and try to get a edge up on people because u weren't good enough.If u know I just did this and find it is hard to do it with regular balls u don't buy because it changes your clubs.I gaurantee u u have put out plenty of money on balls to cut down the wind
This is helpful but man just moving your spot in the direction where the wind will assist works too once you have it down. Little time consuming doing all this.
Seems kind of like cheating. Let’s see now …. You have to pay to use an app to enter your club, your ball, the wind speed, max rings, etc. before you can aim and hit the ball. Is it any fun at all playing virtual golf this way? Can you even play golf at all without using your app guide to play the hole? …. No, because it’s Cheating!

I guess if you get that app and want to deal with counting circles and adding numbers into a calculator to give you advice after you figure it out it will help you a little bit in tournaments. I’m assuming seems kind of cheating to me kind of like hacking but whatever this would not help one single bit in anything but tournaments, that little calculator hack app. Would never work with head to head or the Royal matches. You just don’t have the time to be counting rings and adding numbers to a calculator and then taking a shot sorry bye.
i have the game and the guide app but cant get the overlay to work- i been playing ug without the guide in a CC in the finals, but I'd love to learn the rings
Jared, you're video are very helpful but haven't used the app with this yet. How are you able to be so precise without any grid lines. I've seen other videos that show grid lines so I'm trying to figure out the best way to use all this info. Thx in advance (have hit like and subscribed). Want to use this this weekend on a tournament for the first time

Man I really struggle sometimes because you only get the level view and can't get like a overview to make sure that you are not to heavy on the elbow grease if you know what I mean lol. How do you measure the distance accurately from the tee to max bug foot on your iPad. Whenever I try, when I go to move my screen to the tee to match the distance, it's difficult to keep from resizing the screen. Hints?
Great video...as a newb I need this! So I se in your wind calculator the specific club you are using populates in the wind calculator. Mine does not. It only shows a basic club. How do I get the clubs to populate like yours does in the video?

Once you get comfortable, it doesn’t take as long, but yes, in order to be precise and score low like the top players do, you have to take your time and accurately line up the shot.

Hey Jared, I've not paid for the app yet, can't seem to figure out where I can pay for it, which leads me to my questions. I see in this vid where you're able to add what kind of ball you're actually using however I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Secondly I noticed in the ball selection in the app that not all of the balls offered in UG are available in the app?
There is a button to remove adds that just works as a subscription in your App Store. The power of the ball is all you are looking at in regards to which ball you are using or a ProD1. So just look at how much power your ball adds and match that in game.

I would stick to low level head to heads until you have built up some premium balls. You can get premium balls for free by playing royales. Ultimate golf is my favourite golf game on a mobile device. I hate games that are too easy or too difficult. This game has the perfect balance for what I enjoy. I never using any guides on golf games. I go for realism over wanting to see my name as number 1 :) good luck on your golf journey brother

I’m understanding how you type in the data to the calculator but I cant grasp how or where you are counting the rings as you move between min and max.

The only ball the app actually has is the pro d. You won't see any of the other balls listed.

i can't seem to set my club levels on the app. Do I need to pay for that feature?
No, it’s not a paid feature. You should be able to press on their level numbers inside of bag set up, and change them.
