Finally a pro player embracing social media and connection to his fans! Great attitude and great player! I see you in the top 10 soon.
There are other professionals who have a youtube channel. For example Timo Boll, A. Lebrun, Ovtcharov, the Matsudaira brothers
@@ttime9947 Yeah but none of them have personality and speak they;re mind Like Anders. So refreshing.
remarkable how much more watchable the games are that are at the table height on not recorded from the ceiling.
Yeah. they often choose a stupid angle.. dont really understand it. i agree with u 100%
@@AnderslindTTit’s cause from the ceiling, they can show way more sponsors on the ground
@@AnderslindTT I love your style , your playing style reminds me of Xu Xin
Please if possible make a tutorial on your slice shot
Indeed. I've been practically begging WTT to show dynamic near table-height rather than bird's-eye angles (like the beautiful angle from 5:00 to 6:15) for years...
@@jonathankim2191 Surely there has to be some other way of showing sponsors? If the game is more fun to watch, more people will watch = more views for sponsors and all win. I agree that the angle is often very boring. Can't see spin.
Dear Anders, I have to admit that I wasn't aware of you before this tournament.
But your... let's say "not so standard" playstyle caught my attention and I really rooted for you match after match... Well done!
And only after that I read about you and your comeback after your injuries and I was even more impressed!
Keep on playing and entertaining table tennis fans like you did in this video. 👍
Thanks so much for this lovely message 🥰😌
I second that! 👍
indeed
very nice and i like that you show good points from opponents too! To loose against Chuqin is no shame he is a beast and not nr. 2 for nothing... hope to see more of you in future!
Yeah chuqin is a monster!😎 His technique and the way he moves is super super impressive
bro your match against noshad was sick. The tension was so high. you played so well 💪
congrats
haha yeah there was a lot of tension. Made the taste of victory much more sweet :D
You're actually so good, deserve definetly at least the top 20. Hope they showcase more of your highlights!
Thanks for the confidence😘😌
You were amazing 🎉🎉🎉
Especially you just recovered from a car accident, and You proved that miracles can happen through your own efforts.
Thanks
I can see you jumping up the ranks to the top 10. Those strawberries and flicks you produced are of world-class level. I've been following you on WTT for a while now, but I just found your channel today. You are one of my favorite players, but my all-time favorite Danish player.
Pure class, great to watch a player change the pace of the ball at will with a massive variation of spin, been watching all of the coaching videos too, hopefully more great results and videos to come.
Thank you so much for this video Anders, you were absolutely amazing, In all aspects, especially i like to say you were brilliant mentally and tactically. My and and all my mates from our small club ( amateur level ) watch the matches with so much admiration and love. Congrats, and thank you for all your effort, all the passion and all the wonderful plays.
To top it all of, I can't forget to mention this is all coming back from the accident, which i'm sure was terrifying and tough to get back from.
Thank you for your strength, thank you for showing how a true athlete should face adversity., and thank you for your bravery.
So much respect from Romania, love you man!
Congratulations from France. I do love your playstyle. 🙏🏻
Merci🥰
An awesom run and a cracking highlight reel of some really entertaining rallies .. good luck in future tournaments. A few comments about see you in the top 10 etc ...well that's sometimes with the gods of sport ... but keep up the development and we'll see
Congrats Anders! Extremely well played! Best of luck for your upcoming matches.
Thanks a lot!😁
Amazing performance in the World championships, congratulations 🎉. Behind these result there are many years of hard work, dedication, resilience and talent. I like how passionate you look in every point and in the interviews, hope to see you in more tournaments 🎉
thanks :D
Something really new. Not only beatiful to watch but also very effective. I played TT few year ago, then i quit for a lot of trouble, but watching this is like a call to the table... Amazing!
Thanks a lot mate 😊
Dude I've just discovered you and you are brillient! Can't wait to see more of you!
thanks a lot :)
Great video! You did really great!!! Please...more like this!

Great work! Thanks
I really enjoyed watching you this tournament. I’ll sure keep following you. Best of luck for the road ahead.
Thanks bro 🥰
Great video, and camera set up in the first three matches. You can actually see the speed of this top level, unbelievable! Amazing achivement from Anders Lind also.
Thanks a lot 😊
I watched your quarterfinal game against Wang the moment it was available in youtube, and I have to say, you were very impressive and sharp. Your game against Wang, regardless win and loss, should boost your confidence and earned you a place among the top players this year. Congratulation and I will follow your game from now on. Please continue to post your game and if you can, add some narratives which should make your post more interesting and valuable to those who are trying to "read" the mind of players at crucial moments of the game.
Good job, sir. It was a pleasure to watch these highlights.
Thanks 🥰
Even Kreanga or Karakasevic weren't as backhand oriented as Noshad. Never seen anything like it.
Great and very honest compilation of your career highlight so far. Nice you shared it with us!
Thanks😁
Noshad actually has nerve damage in his shoulder due to overtraining, hence why he doesn’t really wanna play forehands at all
Hi , even I was not aware of you before the World Cup. I just love the way you play. Stay strong and please win more tournaments. Thanks for bringing cheer by your beautiful style of play.
Thanks so much man :D
Congrats from Brazil, I was thrilled with your style. Definetely will be watching more of your matches as they come out.
Thanks bro. Im actually going to rio here in a few weeks 😁
@@AnderslindTT :O What day will you be playing? I actually live 15 mins from arena carioca, will most likely be there
@@Kuating I dont know the schedule. but from main round :)
@@AnderslindTT ey, probably not the result you wanted, but I hope you had a great time. I could only go in the last day, wish I couldve taken a photo with you haha
Good luck on the next one, I'll be cheering!
Hi Anders. Really appreciate your videos as well as the interesting comments and responses to fans below other videos of your matches following the World Championships. It's a rare privilege to get such insights into your recently played matches straight from the horses mouth so to speak (for example, that you had to deal with food poisening at the start of a recent tournament held in Africa). Also, until today I had no idea that you suffered a massive back injury that partially crushed 2 vertebrae in 2021 after a serious car accident. Wow! That is quite a miraculous recovery and makes your sensational World Championship results all the more impressive. Congrats and all the best in your career from here on!
Thanks so much 😁 and yeah 1 old man had a heart attack and made me crash directly with around 100km/h. He died on the spot i (luckily) only broke 3 vertebraes
@@AnderslindTT Ouch at 100km/hr and 3 vertebrae! That's brutal indeed. Sounds like you really did have a bit of "Glück im Unglück" as we say in German and maybe in Danish too. Watched your close and entertaining match against An live yesterday in which you dished some more delicious 🍓🍓. Not surprised he also went on to beat Freitas and Gauzy today.
@@marshuswp3325 haha yes gluck im ungluck we say aswell in denmark and its exactly this phrase i described the situation to a lot of people with. yeah it was a good match yesterday! was very happy with my performance. even tho i lost. i saw one guy was talking very rude in the comments about me and u were defending me hahaha. youre a
It was a really good run, your style is fun to watch. Gives the old school vibes!
thanks a lot! :)
Amazing job Anders, you deserve to be in the tops. Keep the good work and I'm sure you will rock
thankyou! :)
Anders, a great non-standard and variable game! Bravo!
Thanks :)
Amazing style dude! Love it!
thanks a lot mate :)
Subscribed! Looking fowards to your next table tennis event 😎 it is really enjoying watching your play! And you played very well with Wang chuqin in Durban (*it's the first encounter) 👏🏻 ! All the best in the future 💪🏻🏓
Thanks so much !😁
Hi Anders, congratulations and regards from Bulgaria!
incredible. damn bro u reach quarter final againts one of the best table tenis player. hope u will be the best someday. love from indonesia
Amazing, well done Anders, congrats&keep the shape 💪👍🙂
thanks :)
Great compilation and entertaining playing style. Hope you can enter top30 to participate in the Champion events!
Thanks a lot mate. Yes i hope very much i can qualify for the one in germany :D
Would be a pleasure to see you play in Frankfurt!
Great to see you back in play. You bring a lot of creativity to the game, not just hard punching style. To make our game shine to the public (which is also important) one must bring these type of plays as they are spectacular, even if they don't seem powerful to the general public eye. Those strawberry shots against João, the chop-blocks, crazy rallies against Noshad (who himself has lots of tricks up his sleeve) and the counter power shots against top players ! As a league player I really appreciate your wide range of weapons, great to watch and I believe you have the game to face the Chinese style of playing. I hope you don't lose faith and keep going for more. I am a Super Fan !!
Thanks a lot for this message😍
Brilliant mate. Was cheering on live again Wang. You had him sweating.
Love your play-style.
Congrats from Italy!
Thanks a lot 😌
Excellent performance. Well done!
thanks bro! :)
Great video!!! Inspirational journey
thanks man!
@AnderslindTT 🏆🏓🏆
Lind 's ball control is very nice and his stabil attacks are deadly👍
I'm supporting you from Japan. I love your style of play.
thanks a lot :)
what a great camera angle, really see the ball spin. Also good framerate on the video/ great to watch
playing style pure fire 🔥🔥🔥 smart & creative
Thanks bro😊
I really enjoyed watching and learning from your style of play. You interspersed aggressive topspin with off speed play and great execution of placement is brilliant showing it’s possible to win points by using variation and placement along with power. It’s refreshing to see something different instead of what I call cookie cutter table tennis where it seems everyone is playing the same way
Thanks a lot 😊
On a side note I was just curious as to your current setup ie blade and rubber combination
Congrats some superb play, nice changes of pace
Thanks 😁
wow. Great style. I gotta be honest i never had you on my radar until i saw your games on that tournament. Keep the creative playstyle up please. It is sucessfull and very entertaining
Thanks a lot 🥰
Tillykke Anders! Det er fandme vildt :)
Really nice matches, well deserved Anders
thanks a lot! :)
+1000 for having an active social media account!!! It makes you human and not some distant cold robot / terminator machine ( I'm looking at you CNT people )
Well played ma boy. I am very enjoy. I am your huge fan at the world cup series❤
@Anders Lind : Very pleasant to see you did include many nice points you did actualy lose ! 👍
so representative on how humble and fair-play you seem to be, and happy to play this marvelous sport 🤩
I did really enjoy your matches and personnal playstyle during the Worlds and will follow you from now 😉
Encore dans un club en France cette saison ? 🏓🏓🏓
These are class videos 👏😊
Absolutelz jaw dropping performances! I was also very impressed by the quality of the first match! Very epic
Thanks bro🥰
@@AnderslindTT what would you say is the biggest difference between your first opponent vs the world number 2?
@@Collapsonauts Its a different sport haha. nr 2 is faster. more power. better services. recieves. he is better in every single aspect of the game :D
Brilliant playing. Confidence is key. Keep at it.
Thanks 😁
Congrats! Well done!
thanks a lot :)
@@AnderslindTT Thank you for the inspiration! Us, old guys can learn something from you :)
awesome style! so refreshing to see something creative. what does wcq make so much better than all your other opponents? :) good luck in the future!
His quickness and power make it almost impossible to win any rally against him. He was really something else
Wonderful!!
These are some great points in a great camera angle, awesome.
I found especially that top spin rallye with monteiro crazy.
Was that the game you had to fight the most? To me it looked like you raised the bar of what difficulty of shots you would try to play after this game, is that right?
quarter final was obviously the hardest one. but the hardest mental fight was definitely in the round of 16. I got very nervous at 3-1 in sets but i somehow managed to stay focused which in the past i have often failed in :)
@@AnderslindTT Okay, yeah ofc playing Wang Chuqin was the hardest game 😂
I understand that well :D Especially with all eyes on your match it had to be difficult.
Thank you for your answer and many greetings from Germany ✌
love watching your backhand 👋
thanks :D
Hi Anders, first of all congrats to your result you played very well! Good luck in all upcoming events.
I'm curious what equipment you are using currently, would be good if you can share that? :)
Congradulations from Taiwan ! Your strawberry flick was such an art !
Thanks a lot 😁
Your skills are top notch especially backhand chop. Waiting for Europeans to conquer Chinese. Lebrun brothers and you are remarkably improving in every game. Hope you to see in big tournaments like this. ❤ from INDIA
4:46 - nice throw, Ruwen Filus approves 😆
Sweet action
Damn that lobs against WCQ...I love the strawberries too! Keep it up Bro the entertainment!🤩
Thanks bro😊
我鍾意你打波嘅嗰種氣勢 加油💪💪💪
This guy seems very good
I absolutely love how you play! I hope i can play similarly to you someday
Thanks a lot 💪😁
Lets goooo anders lind IM UR BIGGEST FAN
Great😍and I always love to watch danish tt players, above all Michael Maze ✌️
You are top player ! Amazing for watch !
thanks mate :)
Your touch, the focus on the game and creativity seems to me like a mixture of Werner Schlager and Truls Moregard. One question - if okay to answer - do you have fully recovered from your injuries from the accident ?
Congrats and thanks for the amazing matches!
thanks a lot :) and np
The paddle throw at 4:47 by Alamiyan was absolutely hilarious lol
Why do u think i included it in the video😜🤣
Haha he was like I want to throw it really hard, but also I don't want to damage it, so I better lower it to the floor and roll it instead 😂 Poor guy though, nothing but respect for him that even with his injury he keeps going and puts so much passion in.
Looked pretty sharp, especially against Wang
ur defense and reaction time is INSANE
Thanks bro :D
Nice video! Really like your spirit!
Who is your favorite player?
Which player or playstyle do you find most difficult to play against?
How does it feel like playing against Ma Long and Wang Chuqin?
And lastly, as a lefty how do you deal with good blockers?
Thanks a lot :) i dont really have a favorite player. to play against top chinese is super fun. and good blockers i dont know i struggle against them haha :D
I can’t wait to see another match of you and Wang Chuqin
Great video! You may not be one of the best players or top 20s in the world, yet, but your playing style is one of the most entertaining for sure. With China's Xu Xin retiring from the international stage, fans need someone like you to fill the void.
Not quite yet no sadly. but hopefully 1 day :)
Good Stuff against Chuqin. Pleasure to watch.
🥰 thankyou
Didn't know, that Alfie Owen-Allen plays table tennis so well 😂😂. Great and unique style, dear Anders👍.
amazing drop shot, I dont remember seing one like that
Very nice. You`re so fast. I love your style and wish you all luck in this world for your career. Maybe you could tell us how to learn ( and practice ) your unique chop block (strawberry?) style. ;-) Keep on ponging!
Thanks a lot. And yes i will post a video in august with some tips how do the shot yourself😁
Congrats. Btw, your lobbing was very cool against wcq. Also, how do you predict where your opponent will smash and block it?
Great player, no doubt a top 10 really soon. Your personality sets you appart too, all the self dialogue during the game.
Hi Anders, you are so fun to watch but yet you are not just a crowd pleaser, you are actually good too! I am very interested in how you skyrocketed your level and beat all that good players that are higher ranked then you are? What is your magic?😀
He had a car accident and fell down out of the top 100, so great come back🎉
Hi Anders - Congrats on your meteoric rise! Love your creative playstyle and unique shots! Now that you've proven yourself a formidable opponent on the world stage, does it concern you that you will be studied more and face a more active countering of your playstyle? What is your plan to keep your opponents on their toes even as you are being studied? Sorry if that's too personal or too deep into strategy for you to answer!
I am not worried about this because i dont think its possible to study or prepare to play against someone who has 0 idea himself what he is going to do🤣
@@AnderslindTT 😅😅 Best of luck and thanks for responding - Can't wait to see you play again soon!
