3:45 - this is starting to sound a lot like the Fate games. I haven’t played this game yet, but I own it and the more you talk the more this sounds like fate. The fishing animations look almost identical. Are they made by the same company?
Maps get randomised when you move on to new areas, tho So, "saving" enchanters for later is not truly going to work If you really want to cheese it, make a save and then hard-backup your save file in another folder. That way, you can use the shared stash system to enchant new gear without having to rely on rng to spawn the world enchanters
Amnesiak uh you get bored after 5 minutes? Are you playing on max difficulty and hardcore on? Aside from that maybe try every class to level 14+ and see if you like another one better. The game really begins to take off as you get to level 20+.. the beginning levels 1-15 are the least engaging for sure..
Amnesiak uh try adding Mods. If you are downloading from steam there are several mods you can download as well to give you more characters, pets, weapons, levels, dungeons etc. You can also modify your ui and make it look like other games like diablo. It makes it really fun, almost like getting new expansions for the game.
You should be okay just buying TL2 and going right into it. If you're asking due to story lore, you're still okay, it's a dungeon looter at the end of the day, so there's no real epic story you're missing out on by not playing TL1 :) I'd just buy TL2 and have fun knowing you can actually play multiplayer in that one. If you do buy it, hope you like it man. Also, wait for a sale if you want to save some money, but that's on you. I personally bought it for the full price tag and logged 500 hours into it, I'd say 20 bucks is well worth the play time I've gotten out of this game.
The quality of the transmuted items is an average of the quality of the ingredients one uses. For example, for "A Random Unique" transmutation if one uses four uniques varying in quality 19-32 the resultant item will lie between these quality levels, on the other hand if all four are of 23 quality level then the resultant unique will have 23 quality. This is especially important if you are rolling for a particular set item. The best way to nearly guarantee that you get an item from the same set, is to use items from the same set to transmute. This of course assumes that you have extra items belonging to the same set. (it is often possible to receive a higher level set piece from 2 lower level pieces). This is also the same for gems of course. Hope that helps, sorry for the late reply.
If you REALLY want to help us, make the audio LOUDER so we don't have to use the captions. I CAN read, unlike most Tards here that couldn't figure that out. It would be nice to be able to read your stats while listening, instead of having to pause or rewind every 10 seconds.
Clunky ass game with no "move-attack". And these guys are apperently "hardcore" fans of the genre and still they make ridiculous development mistakes like overlapping skills and clunky controls.

torchlight was made by both the guy that made fate and also multiple people that worked on the diablo games together
