Another appetizing and interesting video of Japan. I especially liked the fancy crab in 13:42 . It looked delicious with all the cheese and definitely something on my to-do list visiting Kyoto.
I hope your wishes to the University God will come true. You deserve the best ☺️

A long time ago, I stayed at an inn right next to Nishiki Market during a school trip in junior high school. Nishiki Market has played an important role as the city's kitchen since ancient times. Kyoto has a wide variety of pickles, so please try them. Kyoto vegetables are also delicious.

      Hello dear Jiggy. ☺️
I’m so happy to hear the nice stories about the places where I go to visit.
It seem fantastic to live so near to the Nishiki Market. If I would have been you, I think I’ll go there everyday, no need to cook :)))
I’ll try the pickles the next time I’ll be there, I really didn’t know about it.
I hope you had a great day, wish you the best and see you soon!
      Take care always!
      Hugs and good vibes. 🥰🤗

      Hello Ricardo.
      Welcomed back here:)
Well, it’s amazing that you cook Japanese food, I wish I would have known how to do that.
To be totally honest, I think I shoud have tried much more food in the Nishiki Market but I wasn’t physically feeling 100% so my stomach was king of closed.
Now when I see the video myself, I miss the Japanese food so much.
Next we go to Osaka, you’ll see also there how many options there are, it was difficult to choose.
Wish you to have a wonderful evening!
Hugs and please take care always! ☺️🤗😘

Buooon Giorno !!!!!

Buona serata e abbi cura di te e ci si vedere qui :)
      A presto! 🤗☺️

@@emilyslifechoices Did you eat matcha soft-serve ice cream at the shop on the right side of the stairs of Kiyomizu temple in Kyoto? When I was a student, I liked the soft ice cream there.
You already ate ramen, didn't you? If you are in Kyoto, please go to the ramen district of Ichijoji again.
Better yet, how about Russian or Asian food in Osaka? It's in the first and fourth buildings in front of Osaka Station! I sometimes go there!
      Have a great trip!

    • @emilyslifechoices

      @@tyasu7793 Hello again ! 😊
No, I have not ate the Matcha ice cream unfortunately:( When I’ll be back there I’ll definitely go to have it.
In Osaka I ate mostly Japanese food, I didn’t know about the Russian food there.
I’m very sure that are so many places to eat well. It was already overwhelming to be there, I loved everything!
Next year, if I’ll be back there, I will experience much more for sure.
If you have the chance to go there, do it more often, life it’s short but beautiful, we need to experience as much as we can wile we still can. 😀
Have a wonderful evening Tyasu. 🤗😀

Japanese people loves crub meat except for its high price. Crub dishes are better not at a stall but a speciallity crub restaurant of its ourse meal.
Kyoto is a inland city so there were not fresh seafoods but for 'Hamo' ,conger eel in early summer of its strong vitality withstanding long-distance transportation. Salted mackerel from northern sea was also famous in Kyoto.
Too many refined goods and sweets because Kyoto had been the Japanese capital city for a long term.
I am happy seeing your enjoying shopping in Kyoto.

      Hello there. ☺️
Thank you for this specific explanation, I’ll keep that in mind.
I’m sure there are so many other places where you can eat a specific food that might be better.
I wanted to emphasise that Nishiki Market , it is not a tourist trap as many are saying.
For me it felt very nice , people are amazing, prices are kind of ok to be honest, nothing that bother me at all.
In the end when you travel in any part of the world, there are places made mostly for tourist, and I find that very nice, it feels welcoming, it feel that someone thought about it in a way so we can enjoy the culture and taste specific foods that you don’t go to find at restaurants .
It was really fun and I loved the energy of the place. 😊
Have a wonderful day, and thank you for being here! 🤗😀
