I have a rating, but was later able to return to work, then declined. Now I’m going through the process again. Do I need to get a rating a second time?

How hard is it to get 100 percent permanently disabled I had artificial disc replacement epidurals therapy pain killers going for a second surgery and I need lower back surgery. My pain is 24 hours a day herniated disc on nerves. I’m no on social security disability and even comp doctors says I’m 100 disable. I’m on temporary disability I know if I can get 100 permanently disabled I can get benefits for life how hard is it to get that what job can I say I can do when I am sitting there in pain 24 hours a day like a rotten tooth in my mouth. The pain never goes away.
